Claims (4)

1. A method of enriching for cells expressing chromogranin A comprising:

a) exposing an in vitro cell population comprising pancreatic chromogranin A positive cells to a ligand that binds CD200, CD318, CD142, CD57 or CD340; and

b) selecting cells from said in vitro cell population that express CD200, CD318 or CD57 or selecting cells from said in vitro cell population that do not express CD142 or CD340, thereby enriching for cells expressing chromogranin A.

2. The method of claim 1 , wherein the ligand is an antibody or fragment thereof.
