Abstract
Prostate-specific membrane antigen (PSMA) targeting compounds are described. Uses of the compounds for imaging, therapy, cell sorting, and tumor mapping are also described.
Claims (4)
1. A compound having the structure:
wherein Z is CO 2 Q; each Q is hydrogen; each R is independently H or C 1 -C 4 alkyl; W is —NRC(O)—; Y is —C(O)—; a is 1, 2, 3, or 4; m is 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, or 6; n is 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 or 6; q is 1; s is 1; and R 3 is H, CO 2 H, or CO 2 R 4 , where R 4 is a C 1 -C 6 alkyl and optionally including a chelated Tc-99m metal ion.
2. The compound according to claim 1 having the structure
3. The compound according to claim 1 further comprising a chelated Tc-99m metal ion.
