Therapeutic compounds
The invention provides compounds and compositions that are useful for treating conditions including Alzheimer's disease, Parkinson's disease, diabetes, cancer, and psychotic disorders such as schizophrenia.
1. A compound of formulae II:
wherein:
X is N, Y is CH and Z is N;
X is N, Y is CH and Z is CH;
X is N, Y is N and Z is CH;
X is CH, Y is CH and Z is CH;
R 2 is H or methyl; and
R 3 is ethyl that is optionally substituted with one or more groups independently selected from F, Cl, and Br; wherein the ring containing X, Y, and Z is optionally substituted on carbon with one or more groups independently selected from halo;
