O-nitro compounds and pharmaceutical compositions including same
The present invention provides O-nitro compounds, pharmaceutical compositions of O-nitro compounds and methods of using O-nitro compounds and/or pharmaceutical compositions thereof to treat or prevent diseases or disorders characterized by abnormal cell proliferation, such as cancer, inflammation, cardiovascular disease and autoimmune disease.
1. A compound comprising the following structure:

2. A composition comprising: at least one O-nitro compound or salt, hydrate, or solvate thereof, the at least one O-nitro compound comprising the following structure:
Wherein X is —O—.
3. The composition of claim 2 , wherein the composition comprises an effective amount of the at least one O-nitro compound or salt, hydrate, or solvate thereof.
4. The composition of claim 2 , wherein the composition comprises from about 0.001 mg to about 100 mg of the at least one O-nitro compound or salt, hydrate, or solvate thereof.
