Abstract

The present invention provides murine monoclonal antibody molecules that bind to Merkel cell carcinoma virus (MCV) polypeptides.

Claims (25)

1. An isolated or substantially purified murine monoclonal antibody molecule that binds selectively to a polypeptide consisting essentially of an amino acid sequence selected from the group of sequences consisting of SEQ ID NOs: 6, 8, 10, 12, 14, 16, 18, 20, and any open reading frame (ORF) of SEQ ID NOs: 1-4.

2. The antibody molecule of claim 1 , wherein the polypeptide consists essentially of the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO:6.

3. The antibody molecule of claim 1 , wherein the polypeptide consists of the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO:6.

4. The antibody molecule of claim 1 , wherein the polypeptide consists essentially of the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO:8.

5. The antibody molecule of claim 1 , wherein the polypeptide consists of the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO:8.

6. The antibody molecule of claim 1 , wherein the polypeptide consists essentially of the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO:10.

7. The antibody molecule of claim 1 , wherein the polypeptide consists of the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO:10.

8. The antibody molecule of claim 1 , wherein the polypeptide consists essentially of the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO:12.

9. The antibody molecule of claim 1 , wherein the polypeptide consists of the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO:12.

10. The antibody molecule of claim 1 , wherein the polypeptide consists essentially of the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO:14.

11. The antibody molecule of claim 1 , wherein the polypeptide consists of the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO:14.

12. The antibody molecule of claim 1 , wherein the polypeptide consists essentially of the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO:16.

13. The antibody molecule of claim 1 , wherein the polypeptide consists of the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO:16.

14. The antibody molecule of claim 1 , wherein the polypeptide consists essentially of the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO:18.

15. The antibody molecule of claim 1 , wherein the polypeptide consists of the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO:18.

16. The antibody molecule of claim 1 , wherein the polypeptide consists essentially of the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO:20.

17. The antibody molecule of claim 1 , wherein the polypeptide consists of the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO:20.

18. The antibody molecule of claim 1 , wherein the polypeptide consists essentially of the amino acid sequence of an ORF of SEQ ID NO:1.

19. The antibody molecule of claim 1 , wherein the polypeptide consists of the amino acid sequence of an ORF of SEQ ID NO:1.

20. The antibody molecule of claim 1 , wherein the polypeptide consists essentially of the amino acid sequence of an ORF of SEQ ID NO:2.

21. The antibody molecule of claim 1 , wherein the polypeptide consists of the amino acid sequence of an ORF of SEQ ID NO:2.

22. The antibody molecule of claim 1 , wherein the polypeptide consists essentially of the amino acid sequence of an ORF of SEQ ID NO:3.

23. The antibody molecule of claim 1 , wherein the polypeptide consists of the amino acid sequence of an ORF of SEQ ID NO:3.

24. The antibody molecule of claim 1 , wherein the polypeptide consists essentially of the amino acid sequence of an ORF of SEQ ID NO:4.
