Abstract
The present invention is directed to novel polymorphs and salts of a compound which is an inhibitor of kinase activity.
Claims (3)
1. A polymorph (Form IV) of N-[5-[4-(5-{[(2R,6S)-2,6-dimethyl-4-morpholinyl]methyl}-1,3-oxazol-2-yl)-1H-indazol-6-yl]-2-(methyloxy)-3-pyridinyl]methanesulfonamide characterised in that it provides an XRPD pattern comprising a peak (°2θ) at about 5.8.
2. A polymorph according to claim 1 characterised in that it provides an XRPD pattern comprising peaks substantially as set out in Table 3.
3. A polymorph according to claim 1 characterised in that it provides an XRPD pattern substantially in accordance with FIG. 3 .
