Abstract

A MSE-type zeolite which has a Si/Al ratio of 5 or more, is a proton-type zeolite, and is obtained by transforming a raw material MSE-type zeolite synthesized without using a structure directing agent into an ammonium-type zeolite through ion exchange, then, exposing the MSE-type zeolite to water vapor, and subjecting the exposed MES-type zeolite to an acid treatment.

Claims (11)

2. The MES-type zeolite according to claim 1 ,

wherein the Si/Al ratio is 40 or more.

3. A catalytic cracking catalyst of paraffin including the MES-type zeolite according to claim 1 .

4. A manufacturing method of a MSE-type zeolite in which a raw material MSE-type zeolite is transformed into an ammonium-type zeolite through ion exchange, then, exposed to water vapor, and subjected to an acid treatment, thereby obtaining a MSE-type zeolite having an increased Si/Al ratio, wherein a MSE-type zeolite synthesized without using a structure directing agent is used as the raw material MSE-type zeolite to be ion-exchanged.

5. The manufacturing method according to claim 4 ,

wherein the ion-exchanged raw material MSE-type zeolite is exposed to water vapor at 150° C. to 1000° C. for 1 hour to 48 hours.

6. The manufacturing method according to claim 4 ,

wherein the raw material MSE-type zeolite which has been exposed to water vapor is subjected to an acid treatment at 40° C. to 100° C. for 1 hour to 24 hours using a mineral acid.

7. The manufacturing method according to claim 4 ,

wherein a MSE-type zeolite having a Si/Al ratio of 5 or more is obtained.
