Abstract

The present technology relates to a solid-state imaging device, an imaging apparatus, and an electronic apparatus, which can suppress a color mixture without lowering the sensitivity. In pixels (red pixels (R pixels), green pixels (G pixels), and blue pixels (B pixels)) other than W pixels and adjacent to the W pixels, light shielding films thicker than those of the W pixels are formed at positions adjacent to the W pixels. Furthermore, the shorter the wavelength, the thicker the light shielding film in the RGB pixels other than the W pixels. The present technology is applicable to the solid-state imaging device.

Claims (27)

1. A solid-state imaging device, comprising:

a first color filter configured to transmit, pixel-by-pixel, white light;

a second color filter configured to transmit, pixel-by-pixel, light of a specific wavelength; and

an inter-pixel light shielding film disposed between the first color filter and the second color filter and configured to shield, pixel-by-pixel, light from an adjacent pixel,

wherein a center of the inter-pixel light shielding film in a thickness direction is shifted toward the second color filter.

2. The solid-state imaging device according to claim 1 , wherein the center of the inter-pixel light shielding film is closer to a center of the second color filter than to a center of the first color filter.

3. The solid-state imaging device according to claim 1 , wherein the inter-pixel light shielding film is located entirely within a pixel of the specific wavelength.

4. The solid-state imaging device according to claim 1 , wherein the second color filter is configured to transmit at least one of red light, green light and blue light.

5. The solid-state imaging device according to claim 1 , wherein the second color filter is configured to transmit red light in a pixel for red light, to transmit green light in a pixel for green light and to transmit blue light in a pixel for red light.

6. The solid-state imaging device according to claim 5 , wherein the inter-pixel light shielding film in the pixel for the red light is thinner than the inter-pixel light shielding film in the pixel for the green light and the inter-pixel light shielding film in the pixel for the green light is thinner than the inter-pixel light shielding film in the pixel for the blue light.

7. The solid-state imaging device according to claim 1 , wherein the second color filter is configured to transmit at least one of yellow light, magenta light and cyan light.

8. The solid-state imaging device according to claim 1 , wherein the second color filter is configured to transmit yellow light in a pixel for yellow light, to transmit magenta light in a pixel for magenta light and to transmit cyan light in a pixel for cyan light.

9. The solid-state imaging device according to claim 8 , wherein the inter-pixel light shielding film in the pixel for the yellow light is thinner than the inter-pixel light-shielding film in the pixel for the magenta light and the inter-pixel light shielding film in the pixel for the magenta light is thinner than the inter-pixel light shielding film in the pixel for the cyan light.

10. An imaging apparatus comprising:

a first color filter configured to transmit, pixel-by-pixel, white light;

a second color filter configured to transmit, pixel-by-pixel, light of a specific wavelength; and

an inter-pixel light shielding film disposed between the first color filter and the second color filter and configured to shield, pixel-by-pixel, light from an adjacent pixel,

wherein a center of the inter-pixel light shielding film in a thickness direction is shifted toward the second color filter.

11. The imaging apparatus according to claim 10 , wherein the center of the inter-pixel light shielding film is closer to a center of the second color filter than to a center of the first color filter.

12. The imaging apparatus according to claim 10 , wherein the inter-pixel light shielding film is located entirely within a pixel of the specific wavelength.

13. An electronic apparatus comprising:

a first color filter configured to transmit, pixel-by-pixel, white light;

a second color filter configured to transmit, pixel-by-pixel, light of a specific wavelength; and

an inter-pixel light shielding film disposed between the first color filter and the second color filter and configured to shield, pixel-by-pixel, light from an adjacent pixel,

wherein a center of the inter-pixel light shielding film in a thickness direction is shifted toward the second color filter.

14. The electronic apparatus as defined in claim 13 , wherein the center of the inter-pixel light shielding film is closer to a center of the second color filter than to a center of the first color filter.

15. The electronic apparatus as defined in claim 13 , wherein the inter-pixel light shielding film is located entirely within a pixel of the specific wavelength.
