Modulators of Sestrin-GATOR2 interaction and uses thereof
The present invention provides compounds, compositions thereof, and methods of using the same.
1. A method of treating Huntington's disease in a patient in need thereof, comprising the step of administering a compound of formula I:
or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, wherein:
R 1 is hydrogen;
R 2 is hydrogen;
R 3 is —C(O)OH;
L is
R 4 is —CF 3 , —CH 2 F, —CHF 2 , —CH 2 CHF 2 , —CH 2 CF 3 , or —CH 2 CH 2 CHF 2 ; and
R 5 is hydrogen.
2. The method of claim 1 , wherein said compound is selected from any one of:
or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof.
3. The method of claim 1 , wherein said compound is selected from:
or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof.
4. The method of claim 1 , wherein said compound or pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof is administered as a pharmaceutically acceptable composition comprising a pharmaceutically acceptable carrier, adjuvant, or vehicle.
5. A method of treating Huntington's disease in a patient in need thereof, comprising the step of administering a compound selected from:
or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof.
6. The method of claim 1 , wherein said compound or pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof is administered as a pharmaceutically acceptable composition comprising a pharmaceutically acceptable carrier, adjuvant, or vehicle.
