Abstract

The present invention provides a resource management method and system thereof. The resource management method includes: judging whether the variation degree of work state of a communication system will result in the change of resource management information of the communication system or not, if so, then the resource management information is re-collected, wherein the resource management information includes the state, the interference state among links and service stream information relating to each node in the communication system; and determining the resource allocation strategy of the communication system according to the resource management information.

Claims (29)

1. A user equipment in a first communication system, comprising:

circuitry configured to:

receive a measurement configuration from a communication apparatus;

obtain information about communication resources in the first communication system according to the measurement configuration;

perform communication with the communication apparatus when the information about the communication resources in the first communication system fulfills a first detection criterion,

wherein the first detection criterion comprises an energy threshold;

perform a statistical analysis related to use of the communication resources in the first communication system; and

report to the communication apparatus when the statistical analysis fulfills a second detection criterion,

wherein the statistical analysis related to the use of the communication resources in the first communication system comprises a statistical analysis related to a communication load in the first communication system that is calculated based on a ratio between an average throughput of the first communication system in a time period and a capacity of the first communication system.

2. The user equipment according to claim 1 , wherein the circuitry is further configured to dynamically adjust the first detection criterion according to a status of the communication load of the first communication system.

3. The user equipment according to claim 1 , wherein the communication apparatus is located in a second communication system, the second communication system having a higher priority than the first communication system regarding a sharing of the communication resources in the first communication system with the first communication system as long as the sharing does not interfere with an operation of the second communication system.

4. The user equipment according to claim 1 , wherein the information about the communication resources in the first communication system indicates occupancy of a communication link where the communication is performed.

5. The user equipment according to claim 4 , wherein the second detection criterion indicates that a channel quality of the communication link is below a predetermined threshold.

6. A method performed using a user equipment in a first communication system, comprising:

receiving a measurement configuration from a communication apparatus;

obtaining information about communication resources in the first communication system according to the measurement configuration;

performing communication with the communication apparatus when the information about the communication resources in the first communication system fulfills a first detection criterion,

wherein the first detection criterion comprises an energy threshold;

performing a statistical analysis related to use of the communication resources in the first communication system; and

reporting to the communication apparatus when the statistical analysis fulfills a second detection criterion,

wherein the statistical analysis related to the use of the communication resources in the first communication system comprises a statistical analysis related to a communication load in the first communication system that is calculated based on a ratio between an average throughput of the first communication system in a time period and a capacity of the first communication system.

7. A non-transitory, computer-readable medium storing instructions that, when executed using a processor in a user equipment, control the processor to carry out a method comprising:

receiving measurement configuration from a communication apparatus;

obtaining information about communication resources in the first communication system according to the measurement configuration;

performing communication with the communication apparatus when the information about the communication resources in the first communication system fulfills a first detection criterion,

wherein the first detection criterion comprises an energy threshold;

performing a statistical analysis related to use of the communication resources in the first communication system; and

reporting to the communication apparatus when the statistical analysis fulfills a second detection criterion,

wherein the statistical analysis related to the use of the communication resources in the first communication system comprises a statistical analysis related to a communication load in the first communication system that is calculated based on a ratio between an average throughput of the first communication system in a time period and a capacity of the first communication system.
