User terminal device and displaying method thereof
A user terminal device and a displaying method thereof are provided. The user terminal device includes a display configured to display a first screen on a display which is divided by a folding line into a first area and a second area, the second area being larger than the first area with reference to a folding line and including an exposure area that is exposed while the display is folded along the folding line such that the first area faces the second area, a detector configured to detect, while the first screen is displayed, a first folding interaction of folding the display such that the first area faces the second area and a second folding interaction of folding the display such that a first cover corresponding to the first area faces a second cover corresponding to the second area, and a controller configured to, in response to detecting the first folding interaction, display a second screen related to the first screen on the exposure area, and in response to the second folding interaction being detected, display a third screen related to the first screen on the first area or the second area.
1. A user terminal device comprising:
a hinge for folding or unfolding the user terminal device;
a flexible display which includes a first display area and a second display area divided along the hinge;
a detector configured to sense an unfolding interaction of the user terminal device; and
a controller configured to, based on detecting the unfolding interaction of the user terminal device through the detector,
control the flexible display to provide at least one object on the first display area and the second display area, and
control the flexible display to provide a visual effect of the at least one object by changing the at least one object on the first display area and the second display area while the flexible display of the user terminal device is unfolded.
2. The device as claimed in claim 1 , wherein the controller is configured to control the flexible display to change a size of the at least one object according to an unfolding angle of the user terminal device.
3. The device as claimed in claim 1 , wherein the controller is configured to control the flexible display to increase a size of the at least one object as an unfolding angle of the user terminal device increases.
4. The device as claimed in claim 1 , wherein the controller is configured to control the flexible display to increase an amount of information included in the at least one object as an unfolding angle of the user terminal device increases.
5. The device as claimed in claim 1 , wherein the controller is configured to:
control the flexible display to provide a first screen comprising at least one image on the first display area and a second screen on the second display area while the flexible display of the user terminal device is unfolded, and
based on detecting a touch interaction on a first image of at least one image provided on the first screen, control the flexible display to provide the first image on the second screen.
6. The device as claimed in claim 5 , wherein the second screen is an execution screen of a memo application.
7. A displaying method of a user terminal device comprising a hinge for folding or unfolding the user terminal device and a flexible display which includes a first display area and a second display area divided along the hinge, the method comprising:
detecting an unfolding interaction of the user terminal device, and
based on detecting the unfolding interaction of the user terminal device, providing at least one object on the first display area and the second display area and providing a visual effect of the at least one object by changing the at least one object on the first display area and the second display area while the flexible display of the user terminal device is unfolded.
8. The method as claimed in claim 7 , wherein a size of the at least one object changes according to an unfolding angle of the user terminal device.
9. The method as claimed in claim 7 , wherein a size of the at least one object increases as an unfolding angle of the user terminal device increases.
10. The method as claimed in claim 7 , wherein an amount of information included in the at least one object increases as an unfolding angle of the user terminal device increases.
11. The method as claimed in claim 7 , further comprising,
providing a first screen comprising at least one image on the first display area and a second screen on the second display area while the flexible display of the user terminal device is unfolded, and
based on detecting a touch interaction on a first image of at least one image provided on the first screen, providing the first image on the second screen.
12. The method as claimed in claim 11 , wherein the second screen is an execution screen of a memo application.
