Abstract

Provided is an adhesive film production apparatus for producing an adhesive film having an adhesive layer on a base material layer, the adhesive film production apparatus including: a feeding roller that continuously feeds a raw film of the adhesive film; a cutting part that cuts the raw film of the adhesive film into a plurality of adhesive films having predetermined widths; and a plurality of winding cores that wind each of the plurality of adhesive films, wherein each of the plurality of winding cores has a width larger than a width of the adhesive film as an object of winding.

Claims (61)

1. An adhesive film production apparatus for producing reel bodies of an adhesive film having an adhesive layer that substantially covers a base material layer,

the adhesive film production apparatus comprising:

a feeding roller configured to continuously feed a raw film of the adhesive film;

a cutting part configured to cut the raw film of the adhesive film into a plurality of cut adhesive films having predetermined widths; and

a plurality of winding cores configured to wind each of the plurality of cut adhesive films,

wherein each winding core among the plurality of winding cores has a width greater than a width of a corresponding cut adhesive film to be wound around the winding core, and

wherein a central position in an axial direction of each winding core is shifted from a central position in a width direction of the corresponding cut adhesive film.

2. The adhesive film production apparatus according to claim 1 , wherein each of the plurality of winding cores is disposed such that an edge part of the winding core protrudes only on one side in an axial direction from the adhesive film as an object of winding.

3. The adhesive film production apparatus according to claim 1 ,

wherein a winding core among the plurality of winding cores is configured to form a roll of a corresponding cut adhesive film that is wound around the winding core,

wherein the roll has a first side and a second side opposite the first side in an axial direction of the winding core, and

wherein the winding core is positioned to protrude more from the first side of the roll, than from the second side.

4. The adhesive film production apparatus according to claim 1 ,

wherein the cutting part includes two blades that are spaced apart in the width direction that is orthogonal to a conveyance direction of the raw film, to form a corresponding cut adhesive film from the raw film that is conveyed between the two blades, and

wherein a central position in an axial direction of a corresponding winding core that is positioned to wind the corresponding cut adhesive film is shifted from a central position between the two blades, in the width direction.

5. The adhesive film production apparatus according to claim 1 ,

wherein the feeding roller is configured to accommodate the raw film such that the adhesive layer faces outwardly,

wherein the winding cores are configured to wind the cut adhesive films such that the adhesive layer faces outwardly,

wherein the adhesive film production apparatus includes one or more tension devices configured to bend the adhesive film at one or more locations between the feeding roller and the winding cores, in a conveyance direction of the adhesive film, and

wherein the one or more tension devices are configured to form a convex shape of the adhesive layer, in which the adhesive layer of the adhesive film faces outwardly and convexly, in at least half of the one or more locations along the conveyance direction.

6. A reel body comprising a winding core, and an adhesive film having an adhesive layer on a base material layer, that is wound around the winding core,

wherein the winding core has a width greater than a width of the adhesive film that is wound around the winding core, and

wherein a central position in an axial direction of the winding core is shifted from a central position in a width direction of the wound adhesive film.

7. The reel body according to claim 6 , wherein an edge part of the winding core protrudes only on one side in an axial direction from a side surface of the wound adhesive film.

8. The reel body according to claim 6 ,

wherein the wound adhesive film forms a first side and a second side opposite the first side in an axial direction of the winding core, and

wherein the winding core protrudes more from the first side of the wound adhesive film, than from the second side.

9. The reel body according to claim 6 ,

wherein the adhesive layer substantially covers the base material layer in the wound adhesive film, and

wherein the adhesive layer of the wound adhesive film faces outwardly in a radial direction of the winding core.

10. An adhesive film production apparatus for producing reel bodies of an adhesive film having an adhesive layer that substantially covers a base material layer, the adhesive film production apparatus comprising:

a feeding roller configured to feed a raw film of the adhesive film;

a cutting part configured to cut the raw film of the adhesive film into a plurality of cut adhesive films; and

a plurality of winding cores configured to wind each of the plurality of cut adhesive films, wherein a central position in an axial direction of each winding core is shifted from a central position in a width direction of a corresponding cut adhesive film to be wound around the winding core.

11. The adhesive film production apparatus according to claim 10 ,

wherein the cutting part includes two blades that are spaced apart in the width direction that is orthogonal to a conveyance direction of the raw film, to form a selected cut adhesive film from the raw film that is conveyed between the two blades, and

wherein the central position of a corresponding winding core that is positioned to wind the selected cut adhesive film, is shifted from a central position between the two blades, in the width direction.

12. The adhesive film production apparatus according to claim 10 ,

wherein the cutting part is configured to set respective widths of the plurality of cut adhesive films,

wherein the respective widths include at least two different widths, and

wherein each winding cores among the winding cores has a width greater than a width of a corresponding cut adhesive film to be wound around the winding core.

13. The adhesive film production apparatus according to claim 10 ,

wherein a winding core among the plurality of winding cores is configured to form a roll of a corresponding cut adhesive film that is wound around the winding core,

wherein the roll has a first side and a second side opposite the first side in an axial direction of the winding core, and

wherein the winding core is positioned to protrude more from the first side of the roll, than from the second side.

14. The adhesive film production apparatus according to claim 13 , wherein the winding core is configured to protrude from the first side of the roll, without protruding from the second side of the roll.

15. The adhesive film production apparatus according to claim 10 ,

wherein the adhesive film production apparatus is configured to convey the plurality of cut adhesive films along conveyance paths extending toward the winding cores,

wherein the conveyance paths include one or more bending conveyance paths that are configured to bend corresponding one or more cut adhesive films prior to being wound around the corresponding one or more winding cores, and

wherein each of the one or more cut adhesive film that is bent, forms a convex shape of the adhesive layer of the cut adhesive film, in which the adhesive layer faces outwardly and convexly.

16. The adhesive film production apparatus according to claim 15 , wherein all of the conveyance paths are configured to form the convex shape of the adhesive layer in the cut adhesive films.

17. The adhesive film production apparatus according to claim 15 ,

wherein the raw film is conveyed to the cutting part in a linear direction, and

wherein the conveyance paths additionally include one or more linear conveyance paths that are configured to convey corresponding one or more cut adhesive films from the cutting part to corresponding one or more winding cores, in a same direction as the linear direction of the raw film.

18. The adhesive film production apparatus according to claim 10 ,

wherein the feeding roller is configured to accommodate the raw film such that the adhesive layer faces outwardly,

wherein the winding cores are configured to wind the cut adhesive films such that the adhesive layer faces outwardly,

wherein the adhesive film production apparatus includes one or more tension devices configured to bend the adhesive film at one or more locations between the feeding roller and the winding cores, in a conveyance direction of the adhesive film, and

wherein the one or more tension devices are configured to form a convex shape of the adhesive layer, in which the adhesive layer of the adhesive film faces outwardly and convexly, in at least half of the one or more locations along the conveyance direction.

19. The adhesive film production apparatus according to claim 18 , wherein the convex shape of the adhesive layer is formed in more than half of the one or more locations along the conveyance direction.

20. The adhesive film production apparatus according to claim 18 , wherein the convex shape of the adhesive layer is formed in all of the one or more locations along the conveyance direction.
