Bicyclic carboxamides and methods of use thereof
Compounds, compositions and methods are provided for modulating the activity of EP 2 and EP 4 receptors, and for the treatment, prevention and amelioration of one or more symptoms of diseases or disorders related to the activity of EP 2 and EP 4 receptors. In certain embodiments, the compounds are antagonists of both the EP 2 and EP 4 receptors.

16. A pharmaceutical composition comprising a therapeutically effective amount of a compound of claim 3 , or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, and a pharmaceutically acceptable excipient.
17. A pharmaceutical composition comprising a therapeutically effective amount of a compound of claim 4 , or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof and a pharmaceutically acceptable excipient.
18. A pharmaceutical composition comprising a therapeutically effective amount of a compound of claim 5 , or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof and a pharmaceutically acceptable excipient.
19. A pharmaceutical composition comprising a therapeutically effective amount of a compound of claim 6 , or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, and a pharmaceutically acceptable excipient.
20. A pharmaceutical composition comprising a therapeutically effective amount of a compound of claim 7 , or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof and a pharmaceutically acceptable excipient.
21. A pharmaceutical composition comprising a therapeutically effective amount of a compound of claim 8 , or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, and a pharmaceutically acceptable excipient.
