Abstract

A system for dynamic content generation for contact center interactions using artificial intelligence according to an embodiment includes determining, by a computing system and using an artificial intelligence model, an intent of an interaction between a contact center agent and a client based on a live transcript, identifying, by the computing system in real time, at least one image relevant to the determined intent in response to determining the intent of the live transcript, displaying, by the computing system in real time, the at least one image for the contact center agent on a dynamic interaction widget application executed by an agent device of the contact center agent, and sending, by the computing system, a selected image of the at least one image displayed on the dynamic interaction widget application to the client in response to selection of the selected image by the contact center agent.

Claims (30)

1 . A method for dynamic content generation for contact center interactions using artificial intelligence, the method comprising:

determining, by a computing system and using an artificial intelligence model, an intent of an interaction between a contact center agent and a client based on a live transcript of the interaction between the contact center agent and the client;

identifying, by the computing system in real time, at least one image relevant to the determined intent in response to determining the intent of the live transcript;

displaying, by the computing system in real time, the at least one image for the contact center agent on a dynamic interaction widget application executed by an agent device of the contact center agent; and

sending, by the computing system, a selected image of the at least one image displayed on the dynamic interaction widget application to the client in response to selection of the selected image by the contact center agent.

2 . The method of claim 1 , wherein identifying the at least one image relevant to the determined intent comprises searching a backend data store for images relevant to the determined intent based on image tags of images stored in the backend data store.

3 . The method of claim 1 , wherein identifying the at least one image relevant to the determined intent comprises performing web scraping to identify third party images relevant to the determined intent.

4 . The method of claim 1 , further comprising displaying, by the computing system, one or more widgets for the contact center agent on the dynamic interaction widget application.

5 . The method of claim 4 , wherein displaying the one or more widgets for the contact center agent on the dynamic interaction widget application comprises displaying the one or more widgets on the dynamic interaction widget application for the contact center agent to interact with during the interaction between the contact center agent and the client.

6 . The method of claim 4 , wherein displaying the one or more widgets for the contact center agent on the dynamic interaction widget application comprises selecting a widget based on one or more preferences of the contact center agent.

7 . The method of claim 4 , wherein displaying the one or more widgets for the contact center agent on the dynamic interaction widget application comprises selecting a widget based on one or more preferences of the client.

8 . The method of claim 4 , wherein displaying the one or more widgets for the contact center agent on the dynamic interaction widget application comprises selecting a widget based on the interaction between the contact center agent and the client.

9 . The method of claim 4 , wherein displaying the one or more widgets for the contact center agent of the dynamic interaction widget application comprises streaming a Really Simple Syndication (RSS) feed of a widget to the dynamic interaction widget application.

10 . The method of claim 1 , further comprising receiving, by the computing system, the live transcript of the interaction between a contact center agent and a client in real time.

11 . The method of claim 1 , wherein the dynamic interaction widget application is a standalone software application.

12 . The method of claim 1 , wherein the dynamic interaction widget application forms a portion of a contact center interaction application used by the contact center agent to interact with the client.

13 . A computing system for dynamic content generation for contact center interactions using artificial intelligence, the system comprising:

at least one processor; and

at least one memory comprising a plurality of instructions stored thereon that, in response to execution by the at least one processor, causes the computing system to:

determine, using an artificial intelligence model, an intent of an interaction between a contact center agent and a client based on a live transcript of the interaction between the contact center agent and the client;

identify at least one image relevant to the determined intent in real time in response to a determination of the intent of the live transcript;

display the at least one image in real time on a dynamic interaction widget application executed by an agent device of the contact center agent; and

send a selected image of the at least one image displayed on the dynamic interaction widget application to the client in response to selection of the selected image by the contact center agent.

14 . The computing system of claim 13 , wherein to identify the at least one image relevant to the determined intent comprises to search a backend data store for images relevant to the determined intent based on image tags of images stored in the backend data store.

15 . The computing system of claim 13 , wherein to identify the at least one image relevant to the determined intent comprises to perform web scraping to identify third party images relevant to the determined intent.

16 . The computing system of claim 13 , wherein the plurality of instructions further causes the computing system to display one or more widgets for the contact center agent on the dynamic interaction widget application.

17 . The computing system of claim 16 , wherein to display the one or more widgets for the contact center agent on the dynamic interaction widget application comprises to display the one or more widgets on the dynamic interaction widget application for the contact center agent to interact with during the interaction between the contact center agent and the client.

18 . The computing system of claim 16 , wherein to display the one or more widgets for the contact center agent on the dynamic interaction widget application comprises to select a widget based on one or more preferences of the contact center agent.

19 . The computing system of claim 16 , wherein to display the one or more widgets for the contact center agent on the dynamic interaction widget application comprises to select a widget based on one or more preferences of the client.

20 . The computing system of claim 16 , wherein to display the one or more widgets for the contact center agent on the dynamic interaction widget application comprises to select a widget based on the interaction between the contact center agent and the client.
