Abstract

Provided is a display apparatus including: a data line extending in a first direction; a driving voltage line extending in the first direction; and a plurality of pixels connected to the data line and the driving voltage line and arranged adjacent to each other in the first direction, wherein threshold voltages of driving transistors of the plurality of pixels arranged along the first direction gradually changing.

Claims (45)

1 . A display apparatus comprising:

a data line extending in a first direction;

a driving voltage line extending in the first direction; and

a plurality of pixels connected to the data line and the driving voltage line, and arranged adjacent to each other in the first direction,

wherein threshold voltages of driving transistors of the plurality of pixels arranged in the first direction are gradually changing.

2 . The display apparatus of claim 1 ,

wherein threshold voltages of the driving transistors of the plurality of pixels gradually increase along a transmission direction of a driving voltage supplied from the driving voltage line.

3 . The display apparatus of claim 1 , wherein each of the driving transistors comprises a semiconductor layer, a first gate electrode, and a second gate electrode disposed between the semiconductor layer and the first gate electrode.

4 . The display apparatus of claim 3 , wherein an amount of charges stored in second gate electrodes of the plurality of pixels decreases along a transmission direction of a driving voltage supplied from the driving voltage line.

5 . The display apparatus of claim 3 , wherein each of the plurality of pixels further comprises:

a first transistor connected between the data line and a first gate electrode of the driving transistor; and

a second transistor connected between the driving transistor and a light-emitting diode, and

wherein the driving transistor is connected between the driving voltage line and the second transistor.

6 . The display apparatus of claim 3 , wherein the second gate electrode is a floating electrode.

7 . The display apparatus of claim 1 , wherein each of the driving transistors is a P-channel transistor.

8 . The display apparatus of claim 1 , wherein a voltage level of a driving voltage supplied from the driving voltage line decreases along a transmission direction of the driving voltage supplied from the driving voltage line.

9 . A display apparatus comprising:

a data line extending in a first direction;

a driving voltage line extending in the first direction; and

a plurality of pixels connected to the data line and the driving voltage line and arranged adjacent to each other in the first direction,

wherein voltage-current curves of driving transistors of the plurality of pixels arranged in the first direction are gradually shifting along a direction of the horizontal axis.

10 . The display apparatus of claim 9 , wherein the voltage-current curves of the driving transistors of the plurality of pixels move to a left of the horizontal axis along the transmission direction of a driving voltage supplied from the driving voltage line.

11 . The display apparatus of claim 9 , wherein the driving transistor is a P-channel transistor.

12 . The display apparatus of claim 9 , wherein each of the driving transistors comprises a semiconductor layer, a first gate electrode, and a second gate electrode disposed between the semiconductor layer and the first gate electrode.

13 . The driving apparatus of claim 12 , wherein the second gate electrode is a floating electrode.

14 . The driving apparatus of claim 12 , wherein an amount of charges stored in second gate electrodes of the plurality of pixels decreases along a transmission direction of a driving voltage supplied from the driving voltage line.

15 . The display apparatus of claim 12 , wherein each of the plurality of pixels further comprises:

a first transistor connected between the data line and a first gate electrode of the driving transistor;

a second transistor connected between the driving transistor and a light-emitting diode; and

a capacitor connected between a first gate electrode of the driving transistor and the driving voltage line, and

wherein the driving transistor is connected between the driving voltage line and the second transistor.

16 . The display apparatus of claim 9 , wherein threshold voltages of the driving transistors of the plurality of pixels gradually increase along a transmission direction of a driving voltage supplied from the driving voltage line.

17 . A display apparatus comprising:

a pixel unit comprising a plurality of pixels;

a data driver connected to data lines connected to the plurality of pixels; and

a power supply circuit connected to driving voltage lines connected to the pixels,

wherein each of the plurality of pixels comprises:

a first transistor connected between a corresponding driving voltage line of the driving voltage lines and a light-emitting diode, and comprising a first gate electrode and a second gate electrode;

a second transistor connected to a corresponding data line of the data lines and a first gate electrode of the first transistor; and

a third transistor connected between the first transistor and the light-emitting diode, and

wherein threshold voltages of the first transistors of the plurality of pixels are gradually changing along a transmission direction of a driving voltage supplied from the driving voltage line.

18 . The driving apparatus of claim 17 , wherein amount of charges stored in second gate electrodes of the plurality of pixels decreases along a transmission direction of the driving voltage supplied from the driving voltage line.

19 . The driving apparatus of claim 17 , wherein the second gate electrode is a floating electrode.

20 . The driving apparatus of claim 17 , wherein the first transistor is a P-channel transistor, and

wherein the threshold voltages of the first transistors of the plurality of pixels gradually increase along the transmission direction of the driving voltage supplied from the driving voltage line.
