Abstract

This invention relates to a crystalline 19-nor C3,3-disubstituted C21-pyrazolyl steroid of Formula (I), and compositions thereof. Also disclosed herein are methods of making the same and methods of using the same.

Claims (6)

1. A crystalline solid form of Compound 1:

having an XRPD pattern comprising peaks between and including 9.3 to 9.7 degrees in 2θ, between and including 10.6 to 11.0 degrees in 2θ, between and including 13.0 to 13.4 degrees in 2θ, between and including 14.7 to 15.1 degrees in 2θ, between and including 15.8 to 16.2 degrees in 2θ, between and including 18.1 to 18.5 degrees in 2θ, between and including 18.7 to 19.1 degrees in 2θ, between and including 20.9 to 21.3 degrees in 2θ, between and including 21.4 to 21.8 degrees in 2θ, and between and including 23.3 to 23.7 degrees in 2θ.

The crystalline solid form of claim 1 , wherein the peak between and including 9.3 to 9.7 is 9.5 degrees in 2θ, the peak between and including 10.6 to 11.0 is 10.8 degrees in 2θ, the peak between and including 13.0 to 13.4 is 13.2 degrees in 2θ, the peak between and including 14.7 to 15.1 is 14.9 degrees in 2θ, the peak between and including 15.8 to 16.2 degrees is 16.0 in 2θ, the peak between and including 18.1 to 18.5 degrees is 18.3 in 2θ, the peak between and including 18.7 to 19.1 is 18.9 degrees in 2θ, the peak between and including 20.9 to 21.3 is 21.1 degrees in 2θ, the peak between and including 21.4 to 21.8 is 21.6 degrees in 2θ, and the peak between and including 23.3 to 23.7 is 23.5 degrees in 2θ.

3. A crystalline solid form of Compound 1:

having an XRPD pattern comprising peaks between and including 9.3 to 9.7 degrees in 2θ, between and including 10.6 to 11.0 degrees in 2θ, between and including 13.0 to 13.4 degrees in 2θ, between and including 18.7 to 19.1 degrees in 2θ, and between and including 21.4 to 21.8 degrees in 2θ.

The crystalline solid form of claim 3 , wherein the peak between and including 9.3 to 9.7 is 9.5 degrees in 2θ, the peak between and including 10.6 to 11.0 is 10.8 degrees in 2θ, the peak between and including 13.0 to 13.4 is 13.2 degrees in 2θ, the peak between and including 18.7 to 19.1 is 18.9 degrees in 2θ, and the peak between and including 21.4 to 21.8 is 21.6 degrees in 2θ.
