Abstract

A method of leveraging artificial intelligence for post-call actions in contact center systems according to an embodiment includes receiving, by a computing system, a transcript of a contact center interaction between a contact center agent and a client in real time, analyzing, by the computing system, the transcript of the interaction to identify one or more action items to be performed with respect to the contact center interaction based on an artificial intelligence model, determining, by the computing system and for each action item of the identified one or more action items, at least one predefined action associated with the respective action item, receiving, by the computing system, an indication that the contact center agent has selected a particular predefined action associated with a particular action item, and performing, by the computing system, the selected predefined action.

Claims (37)

1. A method of leveraging artificial intelligence for post-call actions in contact center systems, the method comprising:

receiving, by a computing system, a transcript of a contact center interaction between a contact center agent and a client in real time;

analyzing, by the computing system, the transcript of the interaction to identify one or more action items to be performed with respect to the contact center interaction based on an artificial intelligence model;

determining, by the computing system and for each action item of the identified one or more action items, at least one predefined action associated with the respective action item;

receiving, by the computing system, an indication that the contact center agent has selected a particular predefined action associated with a particular action item; and

performing, by the computing system, the selected predefined action.

2. The method of claim 1 , wherein performing the selected predefined action comprises executing robotic process automation code.

3. The method of claim 1 , wherein performing the selected predefined action comprises automatically completing a third party digital form based on the interaction.

4. The method of claim 1 , wherein performing the selected predefined action comprises generating a task management token based on the interaction.

5. The method of claim 1 , wherein performing the selected predefined action comprises scheduling an outbound follow-up notification to be sent to the client.

6. The method of claim 1 , further comprising updating, by the computing system, the artificial intelligence model based on the indication that the contact center agent has selected the particular predefined action.

7. The method of claim 6 , wherein updating the artificial intelligence model comprises training a long short term memory (LSTM) model using supervised learning.

8. The method of claim 1 , further comprising routing, by the computing system, the contact center interaction to the contact center agent prior to receiving the transcript and in response to receiving the contact center interaction as an incoming interaction.

9. The method of claim 1 , further comprising generating, by the computing system, a task list including the identified one or more action items for display on an agent device of the contact center agent, wherein the contact center agent is configured to select the particular predefined action from the task list.

10. A system of leveraging artificial intelligence for post-call actions in contact center systems, the system comprising:

at least one processor; and

at least one memory comprising a plurality of instructions stored thereon that, in response to execution by the at least one processor, causes the system to:

receive a transcript of a contact center interaction between a contact center agent and a client in real time;

analyze the transcript of the interaction to identify one or more action items to be performed with respect to the contact center interaction based on an artificial intelligence model;

determine, for each action item of the identified one or more action items, at least one predefined action associated with the respective action item;

receive an indication that the contact center agent has selected a particular predefined action associated with a particular action item; and

perform the selected predefined action.

11. The system of claim 10 , wherein to perform the selected predefined action comprises to execute robotic process automation code.

12. The system of claim 10 , wherein to perform the selected predefined action comprises to automatically complete a third party digital form based on the interaction.

13. The system of claim 10 , wherein to perform the selected predefined action comprises to generate a task management token based on the interaction.

14. The system of claim 10 , wherein to perform the selected predefined action comprises to schedule an outbound follow-up notification to be sent to the client.

15. The system of claim 10 , wherein the plurality of instructions further causes the system to update the artificial intelligence model based on the indication that the contact center agent has selected the particular predefined action.

16. The system of claim 15 , wherein to update the artificial intelligence model comprises to train a long short term memory (LSTM) model using supervised learning.

17. The system of claim 10 , wherein the plurality of instructions further causes the system to route the contact center interaction to the contact center agent prior to receipt of the transcript and in response to receipt of the contact center interaction as an incoming interaction.

18. The system of claim 10 , wherein the plurality of instructions further causes the system to generate a task list including the identified one or more action items for display on an agent device of the contact center agent, wherein the contact center agent is configured to select the particular predefined action from the task list.

19. One or more non-transitory machine-readable storage media comprising a plurality of instructions stored thereon that, in response to execution by a computing system, causes the computing system to:

receive a transcript of a contact center interaction between a contact center agent and a client in real time;

analyze the transcript of the interaction to identify one or more action items to be performed with respect to the contact center interaction based on an artificial intelligence model;

determine, for each action item of the identified one or more action items, at least one predefined action associated with the respective action item;

receive an indication that the contact center agent has selected a particular predefined action associated with a particular action item; and

perform the selected predefined action.

20. The one or more non-transitory machine-readable storage media of claim 19 , wherein to perform the selected predefined action comprises to perform one or more of executing robotic process automation code, automatically completing a third party digital form based on the interaction, generating a task management token based on the interaction, or scheduling an outbound follow-up notification to be sent to the client.
