Abstract

A computing system can generate data for rendering an interactive graphical user interface, allow a user to input transaction parameters, receive a vehicle identifier associated with an individual, determine that an existing vehicle is at a service location, and provide an indication that the first individual is a qualifying individual and that the existing vehicle is at the service location.

Claims (99)

1 . A system comprising:

a computer readable storage medium comprising program instructions; and

one or more processors configured to execute the program instructions to cause the system to:

receive, via a first computing device from a car maintenance system associated with a service location, an automated alert comprising a vehicle identifier associated with a first individual and a first vehicle, wherein the automated alert indicates that the first vehicle is or was at the service location;

in response to receiving the automated alert, determine, in real-time, from vehicle-related data from a vehicle-related database, that that the first individual is a qualifying individual;

generate first data for rendering, on a second computing device, a first graphical user interface associated with vehicles;

receive, via the first graphical user interface on the second computing device, an input parameter associated with at least one of a vehicle transaction or the first vehicle;

generate second data for rendering, on the second computing device, a second graphical user interface comprising an alert indicating that the first individual is the qualifying individual and that the first vehicle is or was at the service location;

receive, via the second graphical user interface, a user selection; and

in response to receiving the user selection, generate third data for rendering, on the second computing device, a third graphical user interface comprising existing summary transaction data associated with the first individual, summary existing vehicle data for the first vehicle, summary replacement transaction data associated with the first individual, and summary replacement vehicle data associated with the summary replacement transaction data.

2 . The system of claim 1 , wherein the one or more processors are further configured to execute further program instructions to cause the system to:

determine a mileage value associated with the first vehicle; and

determine a priority indicator associated with the first individual,

wherein determining the priority indicator comprises determining that the mileage value satisfies a threshold, and

wherein the second graphical user interface comprises the priority indicator associated with the alert.

3 . The system of claim 1 , wherein the one or more processors are further configured to execute further program instructions to cause the system to:

determine a date associated with a first vehicle transaction and the first individual; and

determine a priority indicator associated with the first individual,

wherein determining the priority indicator comprises determining that the date satisfies a threshold, and

wherein the second graphical user interface comprises the priority indicator associated with the alert.

4 . The system of claim 1 , wherein the one or more processors are further configured to execute further program instructions to cause the system to:

determine a first payment value associated with a first vehicle transaction and the first individual;

determine a second payment value associated with a replacement transaction, a replacement vehicle, and the first individual; and

determine a priority indicator associated with the first individual, wherein determining the priority indicator comprises determining that a difference between the first payment value and the second payment value satisfied a threshold, and

wherein the second graphical user interface comprises the priority indicator associated with the alert.

5 . The system of claim 1 , wherein the one or more processors are further configured to execute further program instructions to cause the system to:

determine a priority indicator associated with the first individual based at least in part on (i) a mileage value associated with the first vehicle and (ii) a date associated with a first vehicle transaction and the first individual,

wherein the second graphical user interface comprises the priority indicator associated with the alert.

6 . The system of claim 1 , wherein the one or more processors are further configured to execute further program instructions to cause the system to:

transmit, to a computing device associated with the first individual, an electronic communication associated with a potential new transaction for the first individual.

7 . A method comprising:

by one or more processors executing program instructions:

receiving, via a first computing device associated with a service location, an automated alert comprising a vehicle identifier associated with a first individual and a first vehicle, wherein the automated alert indicates that the first vehicle is or was at the service location;

in response to receiving the automated alert, determining, in real-time, from vehicle-related data from a vehicle-related database, that that the first individual is a qualifying individual;

generating first data for rendering, on a second computing device, a first graphical user interface associated with vehicles;

receiving, via the first graphical user interface on the second computing device, an input parameter associated with at least one of a vehicle transaction or the first vehicle;

generating second data for rendering, on the second computing device, a second graphical user interface comprising a first alert indicating that the first individual is the qualifying individual and that the first vehicle is or was at the service location;

receiving, via the second graphical user interface, a user selection; and

in response to receiving the user selection, generating third data for rendering, on the second computing device, a third graphical user interface comprising existing summary transaction data associated with the first individual, summary existing vehicle data for the first vehicle, summary replacement transaction data associated with the first individual, and summary replacement vehicle data associated with the summary replacement transaction data.

8 . The method of claim 7 , further comprising:

determining a mileage value associated with the first vehicle; and

determining a priority indicator associated with the first individual,

wherein determining the priority indicator comprises determining that the mileage value satisfies a threshold, and

wherein the second graphical user interface comprises the priority indicator associated with the first alert.

9 . The method of claim 7 , further comprising:

determining a date associated with a first vehicle transaction and the first individual; and

determining a priority indicator associated with the first individual,

wherein determining the priority indicator comprises determining that the date satisfies a threshold, and

wherein the second graphical user interface comprises the priority indicator associated with the first alert.

10 . The method of claim 7 , further comprising:

determining a first payment value associated with a first vehicle transaction and the first individual;

determining a second payment value associated with a replacement transaction, a replacement vehicle, and the first individual; and

determining a priority indicator associated with the first individual, wherein determining the priority indicator comprises determining that a difference between the first payment value and the second payment value satisfied a threshold, and

wherein the second graphical user interface comprises the priority indicator associated with the first alert.

11 . The method of claim 7 , further comprising:

determining a priority indicator associated with the first individual based at least in part on (i) one or more service dates, (ii) a mileage value associated with the first vehicle, and (iii) a date associated with a first vehicle transaction and the first individual,

wherein the second graphical user interface comprises the priority indicator associated with the first alert.

12 . The method of claim 7 , further comprising:

determining a set of priority categories associated with the first individual and at least one of (i) one or more service dates, (ii) a mileage value associated with the first vehicle, (iii) a date associated with a first vehicle transaction and the first individual, or (iv) an expected payment difference between a first vehicle transaction and a replacement transaction;

determining, from the set of priority categories, that the first individual is associated with multiple priority categories;

increasing a priority indicator associated with the first individual to a higher priority indicator,

wherein the second graphical user interface comprises the higher priority indicator associated with the first alert.

13 . The method of claim 7 , further comprising:

transmit, to a computing device associated with a dealer representative, an electronic communication associated with the first individual.

14 . A system comprising:

a computer readable storage medium comprising program instructions; and

one or more processors configured to execute the program instructions to cause the system to:

receive, via a first computing device associated with a service location, an automated alert comprising a vehicle identifier associated with a first individual and a first vehicle, wherein the automated alert indicates that the first vehicle is or was at the service location;

in response to receiving the automated alert, determine, in real-time, from vehicle-related data from a vehicle-related database, that that the first individual is a qualifying individual;

generate first data for rendering, on a second computing device, a first graphical user interface associated with vehicles;

receive, via the first graphical user interface on the second computing device, an input parameter associated with at least one of a vehicle transaction or the first vehicle;

generate second data for rendering, on the second computing device, a second graphical user interface comprising a first alert indicating that the first individual is the qualifying individual and that the first vehicle is or was at the service location;

receive, via the second graphical user interface, a user selection; and

in response to receiving the user selection, generate third data for rendering, on the second computing device, a third graphical user interface comprising summary existing transaction data associated with the first individual, summary existing vehicle data for the first vehicle, summary replacement transaction data associated with the first individual, and summary replacement vehicle data associated with the summary replacement transaction data.

15 . The system of claim 14 , wherein the one or more processors are further configured to execute further program instructions to cause the system to:

determine a mileage value associated with the first vehicle; and

determine a priority indicator associated with the first individual,

wherein determining the priority indicator comprises determining that the mileage value satisfies a threshold, and

wherein the second graphical user interface comprises the priority indicator associated with the first alert.

16 . The system of claim 14 , wherein the one or more processors are further configured to execute further program instructions to cause the system to:

determine a date associated with a first vehicle transaction and the first individual; and

determine a priority indicator associated with the first individual,

wherein determining the priority indicator comprises determining that the date satisfies a threshold, and

wherein the second graphical user interface comprises the priority indicator associated with the first alert.

17 . The system of claim 14 , wherein the one or more processors are further configured to execute further program instructions to cause the system to:

determining a first payment value associated with a first vehicle transaction and the first individual;

determining a second payment value associated with a replacement transaction, a replacement vehicle, and the first individual; and

determining a priority indicator associated with the first individual, wherein determining the priority indicator comprises determining that a difference between the first payment value and the second payment value satisfied a threshold, and

wherein the second graphical user interface comprises the priority indicator associated with the first alert.

18 . The system of claim 14 , wherein the one or more processors are further configured to execute further program instructions to cause the system to:

determine a priority indicator associated with the first individual based at least in part on (i) one or more service dates, (ii) a mileage value associated with the first vehicle, and (iii) a date associated with a first vehicle transaction and the first individual,

wherein the second graphical user interface comprises the priority indicator associated with the first alert.

19 . The system of claim 14 , wherein the one or more processors are further configured to execute further program instructions to cause the system to:

determine a set of priority categories associated with the first individual and at least one of (i) one or more service dates, (ii) a mileage value associated with the first vehicle, (iii) a date associated with a first vehicle transaction and the first individual, or (iv) an expected payment difference between a first vehicle transaction and a replacement transaction;

determine, from the set of priority categories, that the first individual is associated with multiple priority categories;

increase a priority indicator associated with the first individual to a higher priority indicator,

wherein the second graphical user interface comprises the higher priority indicator associated with the first alert.

20 . The system of claim 14 , wherein the one or more processors are further configured to execute further program instructions to cause the system to:

transmit, to a computing device associated with the first individual, an electronic communication associated with a potential new transaction for the first individual.
