A new Gaillardia plant named ‘GAIZ0001’ particularly distinguished by the large bi-color, purple-red and yellow inflorescences just above the foliage, medium to deep green leaves, medium sized and very well-branched, semi-upright plant habit.

1. A new and distinct variety of Gaillardia plant named ‘GAIZ0001’ substantially as illustrated and described herein.
