View Patent ↗The present application relates to osteopontin (Eta-1) polypeptides, nucleic acids that encode Eta-1, antibodies that specifically bind to Eta-1, and methods for enhancing an immune response in an animal.
1. An isolated or recombinant nucleic acid encoding a polypeptide comprising the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO: 2.
2. The nucleic acid of claim 1 , which is an RNA.
3. A recombinant vector comprising the nucleic acid of claim 1 .
4. The recombinant vector of claim 3 , wherein the nucleic acid is operatively linked to a regulatory element.
5. An isolated host cell comprising the vector of claim 3 .
6. An isolated or recombinant nucleic acid encoding a polypeptide comprising the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO: 4.
7. The nucleic acid of claim 6 , which is an RNA.
8. A recombinant vector comprising the nucleic acid of claim 6 .
9. The recombinant vector of claim 8 , wherein the nucleic acid is operatively linked to a regulatory element.
10. An isolated host cell comprising the vector of claim 9 .
11. The nucleic acid of claim 1 comprising the nucleotide sequence of SEQ ID NO: 1.
12. The nucleic acid of claim 6 comprising the nucleotide sequence of SEQ ID NO: 3.
13. The nucleic acid of claim 11 , which is an RNA.
14. A recombinant vector comprising the nucleic acid of claim 11 .
15. The recombinant vector of claim 14 , wherein the nucleic acid is operatively linked to a regulatory element.
16. An isolated host cell comprising the vector of claim 14 .
17. The nucleic acid of claim 12 , which is an RNA.
18. A recombinant vector comprising the nucleic acid of claim 12 .
19. The recombinant vector of claim 18 , wherein the nucleic acid is operatively linked to a regulatory element.
20. An isolated host cell comprising the vector of claim 18 .
