Abstract

A nucleic acid encodes a cysteinized RNase to which a targeting moiety can be conjugated.

Claims (3)

1. A vector containing DNA that encodes the Ribonuclease of SEQ ID NO:55.

2. An isolated gene that encodes a protein having the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO: 69.

3. A vector containing the DNA of SEQ ID NO: 56 encoding the ribonuclease of SEQ ID NO: 55.
