Modified chaperonin 10
A novel granule dispersion composition which comprises water and, dispersed therein, a finely pulverized, sparingly water-soluble substance. The granule dispersion composition is prepared by dispersing in water a granular material which comprises a specific substance sparingly soluble in water, a polymer, and an oil and has an average particle diameter of 1 μm or smaller and in which the ratio of the total weight of the polymer and oil to the weight of the specific substance is 1.5 or higher.
1. An isolated Cpn10 polypeptide, wherein a glycine residue replaces an extra N terminal alanine residue of said polypeptide as compared to a corresponding wild-type Cpn10 polypeptide, wherein said polypeptide comprises the amino acid sequence as set forth in SEQ ID NO:30.
2. An isolated nucleic acid molecule having a nucleotide sequence encoding a Cpn10 polypeptide comprising the amino acid sequence as set forth in SEQ ID NO: 30, wherein said nucleotide sequence is selected from the group consisting of SEQ ID NOs: 4, 5, 7, 8, 10, 25, 27, 29, 31 and 43.
3. An expression construct comprising the nucleic acid molecule of claim 2 , optionally operably-linked to one or more regulatory sequences.
