Oxocarbon-, pseudooxocarbon- and radialene compounds and their use
The present invention relates to oxocarbon-, pseudooxocarbon- and radialene compounds as well as to their use as doping agent for doping an organic semiconductive matrix material, as blocker material, as charge injection layer, as electrode material as well as organic semiconductor, as well as electronic components and organic semiconductive materials using them.
1. An electronic component comprising an electronically functionally active area, wherein the electronically functionally active area comprises at least one or more oxocarbon-, pseudooxocarbon-, or radialene compounds with the following formula:
wherein n is 1; X 1 , X 2 , and X 3 are
wherein each Y is CN; each aryl independently is selected from the group consisting of, substituted or unsubstituted, aromatic hydrocarbon and biaryl.
2. The electronic component according to claim 1 , wherein the electronically functionally active area comprises an organic semiconductive matrix material that is doped with the at least one or more oxocarbon-, pseudooxocarbon- or radialene compounds.
3. The electronic component according to claim 1 , wherein the electronic component is an organic light-emitting diode, a photovoltaic cell, an organic solar cell, an organic diode, or an organic field effect transistor.
4. A blocker layer, a charge injection layer, or an organic semiconductor, wherein the blocker layer, the charge injection layer, or the organic semiconductor comprise an organic mesomeric compound, wherein the mesomeric compound is an oxocarbon-, pseudooxocarbon- or radialene compound with the following formula:
wherein n is 1; X 1 , X 2 , and X 3 are
wherein each Y is CN; each aryl independently is selected from the group consisting of, substituted or unsubstituted, aromatic hydrocarbon and biaryl.
