β-lactamase-resistant cephalosporin ester compounds and salts of thereof

1. A β-lactamase resistant cephalosporin ester compound chosen from those represented by formula (I):
wherein,
and pharmaceutical salts thereof.
2. A β-lactamase resistant cephalosporin ester compound of claim 1 chosen from the pharmaceutical salts.
3. A β-lactamase resistant-cephalosporin ester compound of claim 1 chosen from the pharmaceutical salts, and wherein the pharmaceutical salts are inorganic salts.
4. A β-lactamase resistant cephalosporin ester compound of claim 1 chosen from the pharmaceutical salts, and wherein the pharmaceutical salts are organic salts.
5. A β-lactamase resistant cephalosporin ester compound of claim 1 chosen from the pharmaceutical salts, and wherein the pharmaceutical salts are chosen from hydrochlorides, sulphates, p-toluenesulfonates, tartrates, maleates, and lactates.
6. A β-lactamase resistant cephalosporin ester compound of claim 1 chosen from the pharmaceutical salts, and wherein the pharmaceutical salts are chosen from hydrochlorides and sulphates.
7. A β-lactamase resistant cephalosporin ester compound of claim 1 chosen from the pharmaceutical salts, and wherein the pharmaceutical salts are chosen from p-toluenesulfonates, tartrates, maleates, and lactates.
8. A composition, comprising:
a β-lactamase resistant cephalosporin ester compound; and
a physiologically acceptable carrier, and
wherein the β-lactamase resistant cephalosporin ester compound is chosen from those represented by formula (I):
wherein,
and pharmaceutical salts thereof.
9. A composition of claim 8 , wherein the β-lactamase resistant cephalosporin ester compound is chosen from the pharmaceutical salts.
10. A composition of claim 8 , wherein the β-lactamase resistant cephalosporin ester compound is chosen from the pharmaceutical salts, and wherein the pharmaceutical salts are inorganic salts.
11. A composition of claim 8 , wherein the β-lactamase resistant cephalosporin ester compound is chosen from the pharmaceutical salts, and wherein the pharmaceutical salts are organic salts.
12. A composition of claim 8 , wherein the β-lactamase resistant cephalosporin ester compound is chosen from the pharmaceutical salts, and wherein the pharmaceutical salts are chosen from hydrochlorides, sulphates, p-toluenesulfonates, tartrates, maleates, and lactates.
13. A composition of claim 8 , comprising an incipient suitable for oral administration.
14. A method of treating an infection, comprising:
orally administering to a patient in need of the treatment an effective amount of a β-lactamase resistant cephalosporin ester compound as an effective ingredient,
wherein the β-lactamase resistant cephalosporin ester compound is chosen from those represented by formula (I):
wherein,
and pharmaceutical salts thereof.
15. A method of claim 14 , wherein the β-lactamase resistant cephalosporin ester compound is chosen from the pharmaceutical salts.
16. A method of claim 14 , wherein the β-lactamase resistant cephalosporin ester compound is chosen from the pharmaceutical salts, and wherein the pharmaceutical salts are inorganic salts.
17. A method of claim 14 , wherein the β-lactamase resistant cephalosporin ester compound is chosen from the pharmaceutical salts, and wherein the pharmaceutical salts are organic salts.
18. A method of claim 14 , wherein the β-lactamase resistant cephalosporin ester compound is chosen from the pharmaceutical salts, and wherein the pharmaceutical salts are chosen from hydrochlorides, sulphates, p-toluenesulfonates, tartrates, maleates, and lactates.
19. A method of claim 14 , wherein the β-lactamase resistant cephalosporin ester compound is chosen from the pharmaceutical salts, and wherein the pharmaceutical salts are chosen from hydrochlorides and sulphates.
20. A method of claim 14 , wherein the β-lactamase resistant cephalosporin ester compound is chosen from the pharmaceutical salts, and wherein the pharmaceutical salts are chosen from p-toluenesulfonates, tartrates, maleates, and lactates.
