Solid forms of N-(4-(7-azabicyclo[2.2.1]heptan-7-yl)-2-(trifluorormethyl)phenyl)-4-oxo-5-(trifluoromethyl)-1,4-dihyroquinoline-3-carboxamide
The present invention relates to solid state forms, for example, crystalline forms of N-(4-(7-azabicyclo[2.2.1]heptan-7-yl)-2-(trifluoromethyl)phenyl)-4-oxo-5-(trifluoromethyl)-1,4-dihydroquinoline-3-carboxamide, pharmaceutical compositions thereof, and methods therewith.
1. A Crystalline N-(4-(7-azabicyclo[2.2.1]heptan-7-yl)-2-(trifluoromethyl)phenyl)-4-oxo-5-(trifluoromethyl)-1,4-dihydroquinoline-3-carboxamide characterized as Form A, wherein the Form A is characterized by a peak at about 7.9 degrees, and a peak at about 11.9 degrees in an X-ray powder diffraction pattern.
2. Form A of claim 1 , wherein the Form A is further characterized by a peak at about 9.3 degrees in an X-ray powder diffraction pattern.
3. Form A of claim 1 , wherein the Form A is further characterized by a peak at about 14.4 degrees in an X-ray powder diffraction pattern.
4. Form A of claim 3 , wherein the Form A is further characterized by a peak at about 15.8 degrees in an X-ray powder diffraction pattern.
5. Form A of claim 1 , wherein the Form A is further characterized by a peak at about 19.3 degrees in an X-ray powder diffraction pattern.
6. Form A of claim 4 , wherein the Form A is further characterized by a peak at about 21.8 degrees in an X-ray powder diffraction pattern.
7. Form A of claim 6 , wherein the Form A is further characterized by a peak at about 23.8 degrees in an X-ray powder diffraction pattern.
8. Form A of claim 1 , wherein the Form A is further characterized by a peak at about 14.4 degrees, and a peak at about 15.8 degrees in an X-ray powder diffraction pattern.
9. Form A of claim 1 , wherein the Form A is further characterized by a diffraction pattern shown to that of FIG. 1 .
10. Form A of claim 8 , wherein the Form A is characterized by a peak at about 9.3 degrees, a peak at about 19.3 degrees, a peak at about 21.8 degrees and a peak at about 23.8 degrees.
11. Form A of claim 7 , wherein the Form A is further characterized by a peak at about 15.1 degrees in an X-ray powder diffraction pattern, a peak at about 17.0 degrees in an X-ray powder diffraction pattern, a peak at about 17.7 degrees in an X-ray powder diffraction pattern, a peak at about 21.4 degrees in an X-ray powder diffraction pattern, a peak at about 23.4 degrees in an X-ray powder diffraction pattern.
12. Form A of claim 11 , wherein the Form A is further characterized by a peak at about 25.6 degrees, a peak at about 26.8 degrees, a peak at about 29.4 degrees, a peak at about 29.7 degrees, a peak at about 30.1 degrees and a peak at about 31.2 degrees in an X-ray powder diffraction pattern.
13. Form A of claim 7 , wherein the Form A is further characterized by a peak at about 25.6 degrees, a peak at about 26.8 degrees, a peak at about 29.4 degrees, a peak at about 29.7 degrees, a peak at about 30.1 degrees and a peak at about 31.2 degrees in an X-ray powder diffraction pattern.
