Calcilytic compounds
Novel calcilytic compounds and methods of using them are provided.
1. The compound 3-{3,4-Difluoro-5-[(R)-2-hydroxy-3-(2-indan-2-yl-1,1-dimethyl-ethylamino)-propoxy]-phenyl}-propionic acid ethyl ester hydrochloride.
2. A pharmaceutical composition comprising the compound of claim 1 and a pharmaceutically acceptable diluent or excipient.
3. The compound 3-{3,4-Difluoro-5-[(R)-2-hydroxy-3-(2-indan-2-yl-1,1-dimethyl-ethylamino)-propoxy]-phenyl}-propionic acid ethyl ester.
4. A pharmaceutical composition comprising the compound of claim 3 and a pharmaceutically acceptable diluent or excipient.
5. A pharmaceutically acceptable salt of the compound 3-{3,4-Difluoro-5-[(R)-2-hydroxy-3-(2-indan-2-yl-1,1-dimethyl-ethylamino)-propoxy]-phenyl}-propionic acid ethyl ester.
6. A pharmaceutical composition comprising the compound of claim 5 and a pharmaceutically acceptable diluent or excipient.
