Abstract
Selective neuronal nitric oxide synthase (nNOS) inhibitor compounds designed with one or more thiophene-2-carboximidamide substituents for improved bioavailability.
Claims (2)
1. A compound of a formula
wherein L is a divalent CH 2 CH 2 moiety with a meta-relationship to each said thiophene-2-carboximidamide moiety of said compound; or a salt thereof.
