Tattoo needle housing and assembly
View Patent ↗The present invention provides a tattoo needle housing, including: a substantially hollow structure configured to surround a plurality of tattoo needles, wherein the substantially hollow structure includes a bottom edge portion at one end thereof that has a shape that substantially matches and conforms to a collective shape of the tips of the plurality of tattoo needles taken as a group, wherein the substantially hollow structure includes one or more ports manufactured into one or more of a top surface and a bottom surface thereof, and wherein the substantially hollow structure includes an end wall adjacent to the tips of the plurality of tattoo needles configured to form a reservoir to retain ink adjacent to the plurality of tattoo needles.
1. A tattoo needle housing, comprising:
a substantially hollow structure configured to surround a plurality of tattoo needles, wherein the substantially hollow structure comprises a bottom edge portion at one end thereof that has a convex outward shape that substantially matches and conforms to a collective convex outward shape of the tips of the plurality of tattoo needles taken as a group, wherein the substantially hollow structure comprises one or more ports manufactured into one or more of a top surface and a bottom surface thereof, and wherein the substantially hollow structure comprises an end wall adjacent to the tips of the plurality of tattoo needles configured to form a reservoir to retain ink adjacent to the plurality of tattoo needles.
2. The tattoo needle housing of claim 1 , wherein the substantially hollow structure further comprises at least one side edge portion at one end thereof that has a shape that substantially matches a collective shape of the tips of the plurality of tattoo needles.
3. The tattoo needle housing of claim 1 , wherein the substantially hollow structure further comprises a top edge portion at one end thereof that has a shape that substantially matches a collective shape of the tips of the plurality of tattoo needles.
4. The tattoo needle housing of claim 1 , wherein the substantially hollow structure is manufactured from a non-metallic material.
5. The tattoo needle housing of claim 1 , wherein the substantially hollow structure comprises a plurality of ports manufactured into one or more of the top surface and the bottom surface thereof.
6. The tattoo needle housing of claim 1 , wherein the substantially hollow structure comprises the end wall that, along with the bottom edge portion, forms a port by which access to the plurality of tattoo needles is had from the exterior of the substantially hollow structure.
