Abstract

A polymer includes a repeating unit shown by a following general formula (1). R 1 represents a hydrogen atom, a methyl group, a fluorine atom, or a trifluoromethyl group. R 2 represents a substituted or unsubstituted aryl group having 6 to 22 carbon atoms. Y represents a carbon atom. X represents an atomic group that forms an alicyclic hydrocarbon group together with Y.

Claims (13)

1. A polymer comprising:

a repeating unit shown by a following general formula (1); and

at least one of repeating units shown by following general formulas (2) to (5), a content of the repeating unit shown by the following general formula (1) is from 5 to 70 mol % based on a total amount of repeating units included in the polymer,

wherein R 1 represents a hydrogen atom, a methyl group, a fluorine atom, or a trifluoromethyl group, R 2 represents a substituted or unsubstituted aryl group having 6 to 22 carbon atoms, Y represents a carbon atom, and X represents an atomic group that forms an alicyclic hydrocarbon group together with Y,

wherein R 4 represents a hydrogen atom or a methyl group, R 5 represents a monovalent organic group, i is an integer from 0 to 3, and j is an integer from 0 to 3, wherein 0≦i+j≦5 is satisfied,

wherein R 6 represents a hydrogen atom or a methyl group, R 7 represents a monovalent organic group, k is an integer of 1 or 2, and l is an integer from 0 to 3, wherein 1≦k+l≦5 is satisfied,

wherein R 8 represents a hydrogen atom or a methyl group, R 9 represents a monovalent organic group, m is an integer from 0 to 3, and n is an integer from 0 to 3, wherein 0≦m+n≦5 is satisfied,

wherein R a represents a hydrogen atom or a methyl group, R b represents a monovalent organic group, r is an integer from 0 to 3, and s is an integer from 0 to 3.

2. The polymer according to claim 1 , wherein the repeating unit shown by the general formula (1) comprises a repeating unit shown by a following general formula (1-1),

wherein R 1 represents a hydrogen atom, a methyl group, a fluorine atom, or a trifluoromethyl group, R 3 represents an alkyl group having 1 to 4 carbon atoms, Y represents a carbon atom, X represents an atomic group that forms an alicyclic hydrocarbon group together with Y, and h is an integer from 0 to 3.

3. The polymer according to claim 1 , wherein, in the formula (2), i is an integer of 1 or 2 and 1≦i+j≦5 is satisfied.

4. The polymer according to claim 1 , wherein, in the formula (4), m is an integer of 1 or 2 and 1≦m+n≦5 is satisfied.

5. The polymer according to claim 1 , wherein, in the formula (5), r is an integer of 1 or 2.
