Abstract

The present invention relates to substituted imidazopyridinyl compounds and methods of synthesizing these compounds. The present invention also relates to pharmaceutical compositions containing substituted imidazopyridinyl compounds and methods of treating cell proliferative disorders, such as cancer, by administering these compounds and pharmaceutical compositions to subjects in need thereof.

Claims (6)

1. A compound selected from the group consisting of:

or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt or ester thereof.

2. A pharmaceutical composition comprising a therapeutically effective amount of a compound of claim 1 , or a salt or ester thereof, and a pharmaceutically acceptable carrier or excipient.

3. The compound of claim 1 , wherein the compound is

or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt or ester thereof.

4. A pharmaceutical composition comprising a therapeutically effective amount of a compound of claim 3 , or a salt or ester thereof, and a pharmaceutically acceptable carrier or excipient.
