Claims (8)

1. A pharmaceutical composition for the treatment of leukemia, wherein the active ingredient of the pharmaceutical composition consists of the IRF-2 protein and a cytotoxic antibody wherein the antibody is any one of the following antibodies:

a) the anti-HM1.24 antibody produced by the hybridoma having the Deposit No. FERM BP-5233;

b) a chimeric antibody of the anti-HM1.24 antibody of a); and

c) a humanized antibody of the antibody of the anti-HM1.24 antibody of a).

2. The pharmaceutical composition according to claim 1 wherein said leukemia is acute myelocytic leukemia, chronic myelocytic leukemia, acute lymphocytic leukemia, or chronic lymphocytic leukemia.

3. The pharmaceutical composition according to claim 1 wherein said cytotoxicity is ADCC activity.

4. The pharmaceutical composition of claim 1 , wherein the chimeric or humanized antibody comprises a human antibody constant region Cγ.
