Abstract

Described herein are compositions and methods for use in targeted drug delivery using cell receptor binding drug delivery conjugates containing hydrophilic spacer linkers for use in imaging, diagnosing, and/or treating diseases and disease states caused by pathogenic cell populations.

Claims (3)

1. A compound of the formula

or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof.

2. A pharmaceutical composition comprising a therapeutically effective amount of the compound of claim 1 , or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, and optionally a diluent, carrier, or excipient therefor, or combination thereof.
