Food supplement having high immunological value, based on a protein matrix
View Patent ↗The invention relates to a food supplement having high immunological value, based on a protein matrix, i.e. a food compound with high immunological value, based on the mixture of four protein sources: i. biotechnologically improved bovine colostrum; ii. egg albumin; iii. soy protein isolate; and, iv. concentrated whey protein.
1. A water-soluble bionutritional protein compound, comprising the following % by weight:
a) about 6.17% of soy protein isolate;
b) about 76.29% of egg albumin;
c) about 17.04% of whey protein concentrate; and
d) about 0.5% of bovine colostrum protein concentrate.
2. A water-soluble bionutritional protein compound, consisting of the following % by weight:
a) 6.17% of soy protein isolate;
b) 76.29% of egg albumin;
c) 17.04% of whey protein concentrate; and
d) 0.5% of bovine colostrum protein concentrate.
3. A water-soluble bionutritional protein compound according to claim 1 wherein said bovine colostrum protein concentrate contains at least 50% IgG, by weight.
4. A water-soluble bionutritional protein compound according to claim 2 wherein said bovine colostrum protein concentrate contains at least 50% IgG, by weight.
