Abstract
The present invention provides compounds, compositions thereof, and methods of using the same.
Claims (11)
1. A compound of formula I:
or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, wherein:
R 1 is H;
R 2 is hydrogen;
R 3 is —C(O)OH;
L is
R 4 is —CF 3 , —CH 2 F, or —CHF 2 ; and
R 5 is H.
2. A pharmaceutically acceptable composition comprising a compound according to claim 1 and a pharmaceutically acceptable carrier, adjuvant, or vehicle.
3. The composition according to claim 2 in combination with an additional therapeutic agent.
4. The composition according to claim 3 , wherein the additional therapeutic agent is an antiproliferative compound.
