Abstract

An operation support system includes an operation data detection unit that detects operation data of a working machine; an operator identification unit that identifies a plurality of operators who operate the working machine; a data accumulation unit that accumulates the operation data and identification information of the plurality of identified operators; a work quality evaluation unit that evaluates work qualities of the plurality of operators and selects the best operator, based on the accumulated data; a learning unit that learns parameters of an operation model of the working machine, based on operation data corresponding to the best operator; and an operation support unit that supports the operators, based on the operation model.

Claims (15)

1. An operation support system comprising:

a working machine;

a plurality of vehicle body state sensors arranged on the working machine that detect operation data representing structural states of the working machine;

an operator identification sensor that identifies a plurality of operators who operate the working machine by detecting an identification device of each of the operators;

a data accumulation unit that accumulates the operation data and identification information of the plurality of identified operators;

a work characteristic evaluation unit that evaluates work characteristics of the plurality of operators by averaging the work characteristics for each operator over a plurality of work environment states and comparing the average work characteristics of the plurality of operators, and selects an operator from among the plurality of operators, based on a comparison result of comparing the average work characteristics of the plurality of operators;

a learning unit that learns parameters of an operation model of the working machine, based on operation data corresponding to the selected operator; and

an operation support unit that supports the plurality of operators, based on the operation model.

2. The operation support system according to claim 1 , wherein:

the work characteristic unit calculates a work index,

a standard of the work index is generated by the operation model, and

the operation support unit provides support information to the operators, based on the work index and the standard of the work index.

3. The operation support system according to claim 1 , wherein:

an operation target of the working machine is generated by the operation model, and

the operation support unit changes a part of operations of the operators, based on the operation target.
