Abstract

The present invention relates to compositions and methods of using those compositions for the diagnosis and treatment of immune related diseases.

Claims (12)

1. An anti-TIGIT antibody, or antigen-binding fragment thereof, comprising a light chain comprising an HVR-L1 comprising SEQ ID NO: 23, an HVR-L2 comprising SEQ ID NO: 24, and an HVR-L3 comprising SEQ ID NO: 25, and a heavy chain comprising an HVR-H1 comprising SEQ ID NO: 26, an HVR-H2 comprising SEQ ID NO: 27, and an HVR-H3 comprising SEQ ID NO: 28.

2. The anti-TIGIT antibody, or antigen-binding fragment thereof, of claim 1 , wherein the antibody light chain comprises an amino acid sequence at least 90% identical to the amino acid sequence set forth in SEQ ID NO: 21.

3. The anti-TIGIT antibody, or antigen-binding fragment thereof, of claim 2 , wherein the antibody heavy chain comprises an amino acid sequence at least 90% identical to the amino acid sequence set forth in SEQ ID NO: 22.

4. The anti-TIGIT antibody, or antigen-binding fragment thereof, of claim 1 , wherein the antibody heavy chain comprises an amino acid sequence at least 90% identical to the amino acid sequence set forth in SEQ ID NO: 22.

5. The anti-TIGIT antibody, or antigen-binding fragment thereof, of claim 1 , wherein the antibody is a humanized antibody, a chimeric antibody, a bispecific antibody, a heteroconjugate antibody, or an immunotoxin.

6. An anti-TIGIT antibody, or antigen-binding fragment thereof, comprising a light chain comprising the amino acid sequence set forth in SEQ ID NO: 21 and a heavy chain comprising the amino acid sequence set forth in SEQ ID NO: 22.

7. An anti-TIGIT antibody, or antigen-binding fragment thereof, comprising a light chain comprising an HVR-L1 comprising SEQ ID NO: 31, an HVR-L2 comprising SEQ ID NO: 32, and an HVR-L3 comprising SEQ ID NO: 33, and a heavy chain comprising an HVR-H1 comprising SEQ ID NO: 34, an HVR-H2 comprising SEQ ID NO: 35, and an HVR-H3 comprising SEQ ID NO: 36.

8. The anti-TIGIT antibody, or antigen-binding fragment thereof, of claim 7 , wherein the antibody light chain comprises an amino acid sequence at least 90% identical to the amino acid sequence set forth in SEQ ID NO: 29.

9. The anti-TIGIT antibody, or antigen-binding fragment thereof, of claim 8 , wherein the antibody heavy chain comprises an amino acid sequence at least 90% identical to the amino acid sequence set forth in SEQ ID NO: 30.

10. The anti-TIGIT antibody, or antigen-binding fragment thereof, of claim 7 , wherein the antibody heavy chain comprises an amino acid sequence at least 90% identical to the amino acid sequence set forth in SEQ ID NO: 30.

11. The anti-TIGIT antibody, or antigen-binding fragment thereof, of claim 7 , wherein the antibody is a humanized antibody, a chimeric antibody, a bispecific antibody, a heteroconjugate antibody, or an immunotoxin.

12. An anti-TIGIT antibody, or antigen-binding fragment thereof, comprising a light chain comprising the amino acid sequence set forth in SEQ ID NO: 29 and a heavy chain comprising the amino acid sequence set forth in SEQ ID NO: 30.
