Abstract

Disclosed are operation methods of communication node supporting direct communications in network. The operation method may comprise generating control information which includes parameters used for transmitting and receiving data; transmitting, to a second UE, the control information through a physical sidelink control channel (PSCCH); and transmitting, to the second UE, the data through a physical sidelink shared channel (PSSCH) based on the parameters. Therefore, a performance of the network can be enhanced.

Claims (15)

1. An operation method of a first user equipment (UE) performing sidelink communications, the operation method comprising:

receiving, from a base station, a signaling message including a modulation and coding scheme (MCS) range;

selecting a MCS value within the MCS range based on a speed of the first UE;

generating sidelink control information including the selected MCS value;

transmitting the sidelink control information to a second UE; and

performing the sidelink communications with the second UE based on the sidelink control information,

wherein the sidelink communications between the first UE and the second UE are performed using the selected MCS value.

2. The operation method according to claim 1 , wherein the MCS range indicates minimum and maximum MCS values which are used for the sidelink communications.

3. The operation method according to claim 2 , wherein the minimum and maximum MCS values are determined based on an area to which the first UE belongs.

4. The operation method according to claim 1 , wherein the sidelink control information further includes a number of repeated transmissions which is determined based on the speed of the first UE.

5. The operation method according to claim 4 , wherein the number of repeated transmissions is determined based on information included in the signaling message.

6. The operation method according to claim 4 , wherein the number of repeated transmissions is determined within an allowable range of number of repeated transmissions which is set by the base station supporting the sidelink communications.

7. The operation method according to claim 4 , wherein the number of repeated transmissions is determined based on an area to which the first UE belongs.

8. The operation method according to claim 1 , wherein information indicating an area to which the first UE belongs is transmitted to the base station supporting the sidelink communications.

9. The operation method according to claim 1 , wherein the speed of the first UE is transmitted to the base station supporting the sidelink communications.
