The method of claim 2 , wherein based on the symbol duration of the PUCCH being 11-symbol duration, the resource location of the DM-RS in the PUCCH is determined as the third and eighth symbols regardless of the presence or absence of the frequency hopping, or the resource location of the DM-RS in the PUCCH is determined as the second, third, fourth, seventh, and tenth symbols regardless of the presence or absence of the frequency hopping.

12. The method of claim 2 , wherein based on the symbol duration of the PUCCH being 12-symbol duration, the resource location of the DM-RS in the PUCCH is determined as the third and ninth symbols regardless of the presence or absence of the frequency hopping, or the resource location of the DM-RS in the PUCCH is determined as the second, fifth, eighth, and eleventh symbols regardless of the presence or absence of the frequency hopping.

13. The method of claim 2 , wherein based on the symbol duration of the PUCCH being 13-symbol duration, the resource location of the DM-RS in the PUCCH is determined as the third and tenth symbols regardless of the presence or absence of the frequency hopping, or the resource location of the DM-RS in the PUCCH is determined as the second, fifth, eighth, and twelfth symbols regardless of the presence or absence of the frequency hopping.
