IL-2RBeta binding compounds
IL-2Rβ ligands and IL-2Rγc ligands and compounds comprising the ligands are disclosed. The ligands and compounds such as heterodimers and fusion proteins comprising the IL-2Rβ ligands and/or the IL-2Rγc ligands can be IL-2 receptor agonists.
1. An IL-2Rβ ligand, wherein,
the IL-2Rβ ligand exhibits a binding affinity (IC 50 ) to the human IL-2Rβ subunit of less than 100 μM; and
the IL-2Rβ ligand comprises an amino acid sequence selected from any one of SEQ ID NOS: 8, 16, 33, 59, 67, 169, 170, 171, 181, 182, 189-193, 1033-1037, 589, 621, 693, 781, 808, 814, 844, 894, 897, and 902:
