Abstract

There are provided a base station, a terminal, and a communication system in a wireless communication system in which a base station and a terminal communicate with each other, in which the base station and the terminal can efficiently perform communication. The communication system includes a higher layer processing unit 605 configured to configure, at the base station, for each terminal, a first reference signal configuration for configuring a measurement target for channel state reporting, configured to configure, at the base station, for each terminal, a second reference signal configuration specifying a resource element to be excluded from the target of data demodulation in a case where the terminal demodulates data, and configured to configure, at the base station, for each terminal, a third reference signal configuration for configuring a measurement target for which a reference signal received power is to be measured by the terminal.

Claims (11)

1. A terminal device comprising:

a higher layer processing circuitry configured to receive a first reference signal configuration, a second reference signal configuration and a report configuration via a radio resource control signal, the first reference signal configuration indicating a first channel state information reference signal (CSI-RS),

the second reference signal configuration comprising an addition-modification list and a removal list,

the addition-modification list comprising one or more combinations of a second CSI-RS index to add and/or modify a measurement target and a CSI-RS measurement configuration for the second CSI-RS index,

the removal list comprising one or more second CSI-RS indices to remove from the measurement target, and

the report configuration comprising one or more third CSI-RS indices;

a transmitting circuitry configured to calculate a channel quality indicator value based on the first CSI-RS, and

transmit the channel quality indicator value; and

a measurement circuitry configured to measure reference signal received powers (RSRPs) of one or more second CSI-RSs respectively identified by the second CSI-RS indices in the measurement target;

wherein the transmitting circuitry is configured to transmit a measurement report based on the report configuration, and

the measurement report includes the one or more third CSI-RS indices and the respective RSRPs of the one or more second CSI-RSs identified by the one or more third CSI-RS indices.
