Abstract

A storage system for a house entrance includes an entrance refrigerator, a storage placed at a rear of the entrance refrigerator, and a blocking plate covering a gap formed between the entrance refrigerator and the storage. An intake hole is provided at a lower portion of the blocking plate and a discharge hole is provided at an upper portion of the blocking plate.

Claims (67)

1. A storage system for a house entrance, comprising:

an entrance refrigerator including:

a cabinet including:

a first surface having a first opening communicating with a first space;

a second surface having a second opening communicating with a second space; and

an interior space, the interior space including a storage compartment,

wherein the cabinet is configured to be at least partially embedded in a wall partitioning the first space and the second space;

a first door configured to selectively open and close the first opening;

a second door configured to selectively open and close the second opening; and

a cold air supply assembly mounted on the cabinet to supply cold air to the storage compartment;

a first storage rearwardly spaced apart from a rear surface of the cabinet by a predetermined interval; and

a blocking plate extending across a gap between the rear surface of the cabinet and the first storage, the blocking plate including:

an intake hole provided at a lower region of the blocking plate; and

a discharge hole provided at an upper region of the blocking plate, the discharge hole being spaced apart from the intake hole,

wherein the first storage includes a door, and

wherein a vertical surface passing through a front surface of the blocking plate and a vertical surface passing through a front surface of the door of the first storage are parallel to each other and are spaced from each other by a predetermined interval.

2. The storage system for a house entrance of claim 1 , wherein the intake hole is upwardly inclined from an outer surface of the blocking plate toward an inner surface of the blocking plate.

3. The storage system for a house entrance of claim 2 , further comprising a filter mounted on an inner surface of the blocking plate overlapping the intake hole, the filter being configured to filter out foreign matter included in air passing through the intake hole.

4. The storage system for a house entrance of claim 3 , wherein the discharge hole is upwardly inclined from the inner surface of the blocking plate toward the outer surface of the blocking plate, and

wherein the blocking plate is configured to pull in air through the intake hole and to discharge air through the discharge hole.

5. The storage system for a house entrance of claim 2 , wherein the discharge hole is upwardly inclined from the inner surface of the blocking plate toward the outer surface of the blocking plate.

6. The storage system for a house entrance of claim 5 , further comprising a second storage positioned above the entrance refrigerator,

wherein at least a portion of the second storage is exposed to the first space.

7. The storage system for a house entrance of claim 6 , further comprising a third storage positioned below the entrance refrigerator,

wherein at least a portion of the third storage is exposed to the first space.

8. The storage system for a house entrance of claim 7 , wherein each of the second storage and the third storage includes:

an opening; and

a door exposed to the first space and configured to open and close the opening.

9. The storage system for a house entrance of claim 8 , wherein the door of the first storage, the door of the second storage and the door of the third storage are coplanar.

10. The storage system for a house entrance of claim 9 , wherein the blocking plate extends from a bottom of the second space to a top surface of the first storage.

11. The storage system for a house entrance of claim 5 , wherein the cold air supply assembly includes:

a thermoelectric element, the thermoelectric element including an endothermic surface on a first side of the thermoelectric element and an exothermic surface on a second side of the thermoelectric element, the first side of the thermoelectric element being opposite to the second side of the thermoelectric element;

an endothermic portion in contact with the endothermic surface, the endothermic portion including:

a cold sink positioned in the cabinet; and

a heat absorption fan positioned at a front of the cold sink;

a heat dissipating portion in contact with the exothermic surface, the heat dissipating portion including:

a heat sink exposed to outside of the cabinet; and

a heat dissipation fan positioned at a rear of the heat sink; and

an insulation block surrounding edges of the thermoelectric element and disposed between the cold sink and the heat sink to prevent heat transfer between the cold sink and the heat sink.

12. The storage system for a house entrance of claim 11 , wherein the heat dissipation portion is positioned between the intake hole and the discharge hole, the heat dissipation portion being configured to dissipate heat from indoor air pulled in through the intake hole of the blocking plate and discharged to the first space or the second space through the discharge hole.

13. The storage system for a house entrance of claim 1 , wherein the first space comprises an indoor space, and

wherein the second space comprises an outdoor space partitioned from the first space or another indoor space partitioned from the first space.

14. A storage system; comprising:

an entrance refrigerator including:

a cabinet including:

a first surface having a first opening communicating with a first space;

a second surface having a second opening communicating with a second space; and

an interior space, the interior space including a storage compartment,

wherein the cabinet is configured to be embedded in a wall partitioning the first space and the second space;

a cold air supply assembly mounted on a rear surface of the cabinet to supply cold air to the storage compartment, the cold air supply assembly including a heat dissipation cover;

a first storage rearwardly spaced apart from the rear surface of the cabinet by a predetermined interval and including a door;

a blocking plate extending across a gap between the entrance refrigerator and the first storage, the blocking plate being configured to:

direct air from a front surface of the blocking plate to a rear surface of the blocking plate toward the heat dissipation cover, and

direct air heated by the heat dissipation cover towards the front surface of the blocking plate;

a second storage positioned above the entrance refrigerator, wherein at least a portion of the second storage is exposed to the first space; and

a third storage positioned below the entrance refrigerator, wherein at least a portion of the third storage is exposed to the first space,

wherein each of the second storage and the third storage includes:

an opening; and

a door exposed to the first space and configured to open and close the opening, and

wherein the door of the first storage, the door of the second storage and the door of the third storage are coplanar.

15. The storage system of claim 14 , wherein the blocking plate includes:
