Abstract

A patient management system is provided herein. The system can include communications circuitry configured to receive first physiological information relating to a first at least one patient from at least one therapeutic medical device and second physiological information relating to a second at least one patient from at least one monitoring medical device. The system also includes a computing device, which can include a user interface. The user interface can be configured to display the first and second physiological information according to a user selection.

receive, via the communications circuitry, the first ECG data from the plurality of monitoring cardiac devices and the second ECG data and therapeutic data from the plurality of therapeutic cardiac devices;

determine an underlying characteristic of the first ECG data, second ECG data and therapeutic data, and a role of the user;

determine a subset of the first ECG data, second ECG data and therapeutic data of the first and second pluralities of patients to display to the user based on the determination of the underlying characteristic of the first ECG data, second ECG data

and therapeutic data, and the role of the user; and

display on the user interface

the subset of the first ECG data, second ECG data and therapeutic data of the first and second pluralities of patients, and

a first device type indicator to indicate that the first ECG data relating to the first plurality of patients is provided by the plurality of monitoring cardiac devices and a second device type indicator to indicate that the second ECG data and therapeutic data relating to the second plurality of patients is provided by the plurality of therapeutic cardiac devices.

2. The patient management system of claim 1 , wherein the first and second ECG data comprise information related to one or more of: heart rate, heart rate variability, premature ventricular contraction (PVC) burden, PVC counts, atrial fibrillation, heart rate turbulence, QRS height, QRS width, cosine R-T, corrected QT interval, QT variability, T wave width, T wave alternans, T-wave variability, ST segment changes, fractionated QRS, or fractionated T wave content.

3. The patient management system of claim 1 , wherein each of the monitoring cardiac devices comprises a mobile monitoring cardiac device.

4. The patient management system of claim 1 , wherein each of the therapeutic cardiac devices comprises at least one of a wearable cardioverter defibrillator or an external pacing device.

5. The patient management system of claim 1 , wherein the computing device is further configured to

determine that one or more patients from the first plurality of patients has transitioned from a monitoring cardiac device to a therapeutic cardiac device; and

display, on the user interface, that the one or more patients have transitioned from the monitoring cardiac device to the therapeutic cardiac device.

6. The patient management system of claim 1 , wherein the communications circuitry is further configured to

receive, from the plurality of monitoring cardiac devices for the first plurality of patients, first physiological information comprising at least one of: heart sounds data, lung fluid data, patient thoracic impedance data, pectoral impedance data, blood pressure data, or blood oxygen level data; and

receive, from the plurality of therapeutic cardiac devices for the second plurality of patients, second physiological information comprising at least one of: heart sounds data, lung fluid data, patient thoracic impedance data, pectoral impedance data, blood pressure data, or blood oxygen level data.

7. The patient management system of claim 6 , wherein the computing device is further configured to

determine a subset of the first physiological information and the second physiological information based on the determination of the underlying characteristic of the first ECG data, second ECG data and therapeutic data, and the role of the user; and

display, on the user interface, the subset of the first physiological information and the second physiological information.

8. The patient management system of claim 1 , wherein the computing device is further configured to display on the user interface

one or more report elements associated with the subset of the first ECG data, second ECG data and therapeutic data of the first and second pluralities of patients;

wherein the one or more report elements comprise patient information for each of the subset of the first plurality of patients and the subset of the second plurality of patients.

9. The patient management system of claim 8 , wherein the one or more report elements comprise one or more of: dates of service for a patient's monitoring cardiac device or therapeutic cardiac device, a patient's name, a patient's gender, a patient's date of birth, a patient's prescribing physician, a reason for a patient's prescription, or a description of a patient's symptoms.

10. The patient management system of claim 1 , wherein the computing device is further configured to determine the subset of the first ECG data, second ECG data and therapeutic data of the first and second pluralities of patients to display to the user by

receiving a field selection corresponding to fields of interest to the user; and

determining the subset of the first ECG data, second ECG data and therapeutic data of the first and second pluralities of patients to display to the user further based on the fields of interest to the user.

11. The patient management system of claim 10 , wherein the computing device is further configured to save the fields of interest to a user profile for the user.

12. The patient management system of claim 1 , wherein the underlying characteristic of the first ECG data, second ECG data and therapeutic data comprises a type of arrhythmia.

13. The patient management system of claim 1 , wherein the underlying characteristic of the first ECG data, second ECG data and therapeutic data comprises whether the data is ECG data or therapeutic data.

14. The patient management system of claim 1 , wherein the role of the user comprises whether the user is a physician, nurse, or caregiver.
