Abstract

This multi-phase converter control device performs PWM control on driving of a multi-phase converter. The multi-phase converter is configured such that a plurality of converters connected to each other in parallel have reactors, and the reactors are magnetically coupled with each other and step up an input voltage to generate a step-up voltage. This multi-phase converter control device includes a feedback control unit configured to perform feedback control such that the step-up voltage is a target voltage, a PWM control unit configured to generate a PWM signal on the basis of a voltage command value output from the feedback control unit, and a drive unit configured to drive the multi-phase converter on the basis of the PWM signal. The feedback control unit calculates a step-up ratio of the multi-phase converter and changes a control gain in the feedback control on the basis of the step-up ratio.

Claims (25)

A multi-phase converter control device that performs PWM control on driving of a multi-phase converter configured such that a plurality of converters connected to each other in parallel have reactors, and the reactors are magnetically coupled with each other and step up an input voltage to generate a step-up voltage, the multi-phase converter control device comprising:

a feedback control unit configured to perform feedback control such that the step-up voltage is a target voltage;

a PWM control unit configured to generate a PWM signal on the basis of a voltage command value output from the feedback control unit; and

a drive unit configured to drive the multi-phase converter on the basis of the PWM signal,

wherein the feedback control unit calculates a step-up ratio of the multi-phase converter and changes a control gain in the feedback control on the basis of the step-up ratio,

wherein the feedback control unit includes:

a voltage control unit configured to generate a current command value by applying PI control to a deviation between the step-up voltage and the target voltage;

a current control unit configured to generate the voltage command value by applying PI control to a deviation between the current command value and a phase current input to the multiphase converter; and

a step-up ratio calculation unit configured to calculate the step-up ratio, and

wherein the voltage control unit changes the control gain for generating the current command value on the basis of the step-up ratio.

2. The multi-phase converter control device according to claim 1 ,

wherein the voltage control unit includes:

a storage unit configured to store a proportional gain map indicating a corresponding relationship between the step-up ratio and a proportional gain, and an integrated gain map indicating a corresponding relationship between the step-up ratio and an integrated gain;

an acquisition unit configured to acquire the proportional gain corresponding to the step-up ratio obtained by the step-up ratio calculation unit from the proportional gain map, and to acquire the integrated gain corresponding to the step-up ratio from the integrated gain map; and

a calculation unit configured to execute the PI control using the proportional gain and the integrated gain acquired by the acquisition unit.

3. The multi-phase converter control device according to claim 2 ,

wherein the feedback control unit changes the control gain in the feedback control on the basis of the step-up ratio when the step-up ratio is equal to or less than a predetermined step-up ratio.

4. The multi-phase converter control device according to claim 1 ,

wherein the feedback control unit changes the control gain in the feedback control on the basis of the step-up ratio when the step-up ratio is equal to or less than a predetermined step-up ratio.

5. The multi-phase converter control device according to claim 1 ,

wherein the feedback control unit changes the control gain in the feedback control on the basis of the step-up ratio when the step-up ratio is equal to or less than a predetermined step-up ratio.

6. The multi-phase converter control device according to claim 1 ,

wherein the feedback control is for generating the voltage command value.
