Mobile terminal device with function limitation, function limitation method thereof, and processing program used in same

1. A function limitation method of a mobile terminal device with function limitation capable of limiting a use of an application, comprising:

a step of determining whether or not a limitation target application of the mobile terminal device is in activation;

a usage position check step of determining, by the mobile terminal device, a user of the mobile terminal device is on a driver seat; and

a speed check step of calculating, by the mobile terminal device, a vehicle in which the user of the mobile terminal device is riding is traveling,

wherein the use of the application is limited or terminated when the user of the mobile terminal device is on the driver seat, and the vehicle is traveling, and

wherein, in the usage position check step, it is determined whether or not the user of the mobile terminal device is on the driver seat on the basis of whether or not a scene outside the vehicle is taken or a scene viewed from the driver seat is taken by a camera of the mobile terminal device.

2. The function limitation method of the mobile terminal device according to claim 1 , wherein the scene outside the vehicle is a scene of an external appearance of the vehicle, and the scene viewed from the driver seat is a scene in which a handle or a speed meter is taken.

3. A function limitation method of a mobile terminal device with function limitation capable of limiting a use of an application, comprising:

a step of determining whether or not a limitation target application of the mobile terminal device is in activation;

a usage position check step of determining, by the mobile terminal device, a user of the mobile terminal device is on a driver seat; and

a speed check step of calculating, by the mobile terminal device, a vehicle in which the user of the mobile terminal device is riding is traveling,

wherein the use of the application is limited or terminated when the user of the mobile terminal device is on the driver seat, and the vehicle is traveling, and

wherein the usage position check step includes determining whether or not the user of the mobile terminal device is on the driver seat on the basis of whether or not the vehicle is unlocked by the mobile terminal device.

4. A function limitation method of a mobile terminal device with function limitation capable of limiting a use of an application, comprising:

a step of determining whether or not a limitation target application of the mobile terminal device is in activation;

a usage position check step of determining, by the mobile terminal device, a user of the mobile terminal device is on a driver seat; and

a speed check step of calculating, by the mobile terminal device, a vehicle in which the user of the mobile terminal device is riding is traveling,

wherein the use of the application is limited or terminated when the user of the mobile terminal device is on the driver seat, and the vehicle is traveling, and

wherein the usage position check step includes determining whether or not the user of the mobile terminal device is on the driver seat when a vehicle engine is started by the mobile terminal device.

5. The function limitation method of the mobile terminal device according to claim 3 , wherein the speed check step includes calculating a speed of the vehicle in which the user of the mobile terminal device is riding using a GPS receiver of the mobile terminal device.

The function limitation method of the mobile terminal device according to claim 5 , wherein the speed check step includes calculating the speed of the vehicle in which the user of the mobile terminal device is riding from a plurality of pieces of position information received through a predetermined period using the GPS receiver of the mobile terminal device and an elapsed time of the predetermined period.

The function limitation method of the mobile terminal device according to claim 6 , wherein the speed check step includes calculating the speed of the vehicle in which the user of the mobile terminal device is riding from an accumulation of a plurality of accelerations and an elapsed time using an acceleration sensor of the mobile terminal device.

8. The function limitation method of the mobile terminal device according to claim 3 , wherein the speed check step includes photographing a scene outside the vehicle using a camera of the mobile terminal device and determining that the vehicle is traveling using a flow of the scene.

9. The function limitation method of the mobile terminal device according to claim 3 , wherein the speed check step includes determining that the vehicle is traveling by collecting an engine sound or a motor sound of the vehicle using a microphone of the mobile terminal device.

10. The function limitation method of the mobile terminal device according to claim 3 , wherein the speed check step includes receiving, by the mobile terminal device, speed information from the vehicle and determining that the vehicle is traveling.

11. The function limitation method of the mobile terminal device according to claim 3 , further comprising,

a vehicle position check step of calculating a position of the vehicle in which the user using the mobile terminal device is riding,

wherein the use of the application is limited or terminated if the position of the vehicle is a vehicle prohibition position even when the user of the mobile terminal device is on the driver seat and the vehicle is stopped.

12. The function limitation method of the mobile terminal device according to claim 11 , wherein the vehicle prohibition position is an intersection.

13. A mobile terminal device with function limitation capable of limiting a use of an application, comprising:

a CPU;

a camera;

a GPS receiver; and

a storage that stores an operating program,

wherein the CPU determines, by the operating program stored in the storage, whether or not a user of the mobile terminal device is on a driver seat on the basis of whether or not a scene outside a vehicle is taken or a scene viewed from the driver seat is taken using the camera, calculates a speed of the vehicle in which the user of the mobile terminal device is riding using the GPS receiver, and limiting or terminating the use of the application when the user of the mobile terminal device is sitting on the driver seat and the vehicle is traveling.

14. A processing program that executes function limitation on a mobile terminal device with function limitation capable of limiting a use of an application, comprising:

a step of determining whether or not a limitation target application of the mobile terminal device is in activation;

a step of determining, by the mobile terminal device, a user of the mobile terminal device is on a driver seat;

a step of calculating, by the mobile terminal device, a vehicle in which the user of the mobile terminal device is riding is traveling; and

a step of limiting or terminating the use of the application when the user of the mobile terminal device is on the driver seat, and the vehicle is traveling,

wherein whether the user of the mobile terminal device is on the driver seat is determined on the basis of whether or not the vehicle is unlocked by the mobile terminal device.
