Abstract

A method of controlling a weed including applying trifludimoxazin and glyphosate potassium salt to the weed or a habitat of the weed, wherein an application rate of trifludimoxazin is approximately 6.25 to 12.5 g per 10000 m 2 and an application rate of glyphosate potassium salt is approximately 1540 g per 10000 m 2 .

Claims (10)

1. A method of controlling a weed, comprising:

applying trifludimoxazin and glyphosate potassium salt to the weed or a habitat of the weed,

wherein an application rate of trifludimoxazin is approximately 6.25 to 12.5 g per 10000 m 2 and an application rate of glyphosate potassium salt is approximately 1540 g per 10000 m 2 , and no active ingredient selected from the group consisting of dicamba, dicamba choline salt, dicamba N,N-bis(3-aminopropyl)methylamine salt, dicamba-trolamine, dicambadiglycolamine, dicamba-dimethylammonium, dicamba-diolamine, dicamba-isopropylammonium, dicamba-methyl, dicamba-olamine, dicamba-potassium, and dicamba-sodium is applied.

2. The method of claim 1 , wherein the weed is a member of genus Amaranthus.

3. The method of claim 1 , wherein the weed is Amaranthus palmeri.

4. The method of claim 1 , wherein the trifludimoxazin and glyphosate potassium salt are applied in a cultivation area for a crop.

5. The method of claim 4 , wherein the crop is at least one selected from the group consisting of soybean, corn, cotton, rapeseed, rice, wheat, barley, sugar cane, sugar beet, Sorghum and sunflower.

6. The method of claim 4 , wherein the crop has tolerance to trifludimoxazin.

7. A herbicidal composition comprising trifludimoxazin and glyphosate potassium salt,

wherein a weight ratio of the trifludimoxazin to glyphosate potassium salt is from approximately 6.25:1540 to approximately 12.5:1540, and the herbicidal composition does not include any active ingredient selected from the group consisting of dicamba, dicamba choline salt, dicamba N,N-bis(3-aminopropyl)methylamine salt, dicamba-trolamine, dicambadiglycolamine, dicamba-dimethylammonium, dicamba-diolamine, dicamba-isopropylammonium, dicamba-methyl, dicamba-olamine, dicamba-potassium, and dicamba-sodium.
