Method and apparatus for resource scheduling using an access identifier
Embodiments of this application disclose a resource scheduling method, an access network device, and user equipment, to reduce a quantity of times of applying for an uplink resource by using a random access process, reduce additional signaling overheads brought to the user equipment, and reduce power consumption of the user equipment. The method part in the embodiments of this application includes: determining, by an access network device, a target time interval in which user equipment monitors a downlink control channel; and sending, by the access network device, uplink resource scheduling information to the user equipment by using the downlink control channel in the target time interval.
1. A method performed by a user equipment, the method comprising:
sending an access request to an access network device using an access channel resource;
determining an access identifier based on floor(SFN/Period), wherein floor( ) represents rounding down, SFN is a system frame number, and Period is a minimum access channel resource period; and
receiving, based on the access identifier, scheduling information of an access response from the access network device.
2. The method according to claim 1 , wherein the access identifier is further determined based on a narrowband identifier.
3. The method according to claim 1 , wherein the access identifier (RA-RNTI) satisfies:
RA-RNTI=1+a coefficient 1*a resource parameter 1+a coefficient 2*a resource parameter 2++a coefficient n *a resource parameter n , wherein the coefficient 1, coefficient 2, . . . ,and coefficient n are positive integers, and floor(SFN/Period) is any one of the resource parameter 1,resource parameter 2, . . . ,and resource parameter n.
4. The method according to claim 1 , wherein the access identifier (RA-RNTI) satisfies:
RA-RNTI=1+floor(SFN/Period).
5. The method according to claim 1 , wherein the access identifier (RA-RNTI) satisfies:
RA-RNTI=1+floor(SFN/Period)+(a maximum value of floor(SFN/Period)+1)*band_id, wherein band_id is a narrowband identifier.
6. The method according to claim 1 , wherein the access identifier (RA-RNTI) satisfies:
RA-RNTI=1+floor(SFN/Period)+(a maximum value of floor(SFN/Period)+1)*(HSFN mod z ), wherein HSFN is a system hyper frame number, z is a quantity of system hyper frames that are covered by a maximum access response receiving window length.
7. The method according to claim 1 , wherein the access identifier is used to scramble the scheduling information of the access response.
8. An apparatus, comprising:
a memory storing program instructions; and
a processor coupled to the memory, wherein when executed by the processor, the program instructions cause the apparatus to:
send an access request to an access network device by using an access channel resource;
determine an access identifier based on floor(SFN/Period), wherein floor( ) represents rounding down, SFN is a system frame number, and Period is a minimum access channel resource period; and
receive, based on the access identifier, scheduling information of an access response from the access network device.
9. The apparatus according to claim 8 , wherein the access identifier is further determined based on a narrowband identifier.
10. The apparatus according to claim 8 , wherein the access identifier (RA-RNTI) satisfies:
RA-RNTI=1+a coefficient 1*a resource parameter 1+a coefficient 2*a resource parameter 2+ . . . +a coefficient n *a resource parameter n , wherein the coefficient 1, coefficient 2, . . . , and coefficient n are positive integers, and floor(SFN/Period) is any one of the resource parameter 1, resource parameter 2, . . . , and resource parameter n.
11. The apparatus according to claim 8 , wherein the access identifier (RA-RNTI) satisfies:
RA-RNTI=1+floor(SFN/Period).
12. The apparatus according to claim 8 , wherein the access identifier (RA-RNTI) satisfies:
RA-RNTI=1+floor(SFN/Period)+(a maximum value of floor(SFN/Period)+1)*band_id, wherein band_id is a narrowband identifier.
13. The apparatus according to claim 8 , wherein the access identifier (RA-RNTI) satisfies:
RA-RNTI=1+floor(SFN/Period)+(a maximum value of floor(SFN/Period)+1)*(HSFN mod z ), wherein HSFN is a system hyper frame number, z is a quantity of system hyper frames that are covered by a maximum access response receiving window length.
14. The apparatus according to claim 8 , wherein the access identifier is used to scramble the scheduling information of the access response.
15. The apparatus according to claim 8 , wherein the apparatus is a user equipment.
16. A method performed by an access network device, the method comprising:
receiving an access request from a user equipment by using an access channel resource;
determining an access identifier based on floor(SFN/Period), wherein floor( ) represents rounding down, SFN is a system frame number, and Period is a minimum access channel resource period; and
sending scheduling information of an access response to the user equipment based on the access identifier.
17. The method according to claim 16 , wherein the access identifier is further determined based on a narrowband identifier.
18. The method according to claim 16 , wherein the access identifier (RA-RNTI) satisfies:
RA-RNTI=1+a coefficient 1*a resource parameter 1+a coefficient 2*a resource parameter 2++a coefficient n *a resource parameter n , wherein the coefficient 1, coefficient 2, . . . , and coefficient n are positive integers, and floor(SFN/Period) is any one of the resource parameter 1, resource parameter 2, . . . , and resource parameter n.
19. The method according to claim 16 , wherein the access identifier (RA-RNTI) satisfies:
RA-RNTI=1+floor(SFN/Period).
20. The method according to claim 16 , wherein the access identifier (RA-RNTI) satisfies:
RA-RNTI=1+floor(SFN/Period)+(a maximum value of floor(SFN/Period)+1)*band_id, wherein band_id is a narrowband identifier.
21. The method according to claim 16 , wherein the access identifier (RA-RNTI) satisfies:

22. The method according to claim 16 , wherein the access identifier is used to scramble the scheduling information of the access response.
23. An apparatus, comprising:
a memory storing program instructions; and
a processor coupled to the memory, wherein when executed by the processor, the program instructions cause the apparatus to:
receive an access request from a user equipment by using an access channel resource;
determine an access identifier based on floor(SFN/Period), wherein floor( ) represents rounding down, SFN is a system frame number, and Period is a minimum access channel resource period; and
send scheduling information of an access response to the user equipment based on the access identifier.
24. The apparatus according to claim 23 , wherein the access identifier is further determined based on a narrowband identifier.
25. The apparatus according to claim 23 , wherein the access identifier (RA-RNTI) satisfies:
RA-RNTI=1+a coefficient 1*a resource parameter 1+a coefficient 2*a resource parameter 2++a coefficient n *a resource parameter n , wherein the coefficient 1, coefficient 2, . . . , and coefficient n are positive integers, and floor(SFN/Period) is any one of the resource parameter 1, resource parameter 2, . . . , and resource parameter n.
26. The apparatus according to claim 23 , wherein the access identifier (RA-RNTI) satisfies:
RA-RNTI=1+floor(SFN/Period).
27. The apparatus according to claim 23 , wherein the access identifier (RA-RNTI) satisfies:
RA-RNTI=1+floor(SFN/Period)+(a maximum value of floor(SFN/Period)+1)*band_id, wherein band_id is a narrowband identifier.

29. The apparatus according to claim 23 , wherein the access identifier is used to scramble the scheduling information of the access response.
30. The apparatus according to claim 23 , wherein the apparatus is an access network device.
