Abstract
This application relates to compounds of Formula (I): or pharmaceutically acceptable salts thereof, which are inhibitors of PI3K-γ which are useful for the treatment of disorders such as autoimmune diseases, cancer, cardiovascular diseases, and neurodegenerative diseases.
Claims (2)
1. A compound which is 2-(3-(8-Amino-6-(trifluoromethyl)imidazo[1,2-a]pyrazin-3-yl)-4-methylphenyl)-3,3,3-trifluoro-2-hydroxypropanamide, or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof.
2. A pharmaceutical composition comprising the compound of claim 1 , or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, and at least one pharmaceutically acceptable carrier.
