Abstract

The present disclosure is directed to chemical compounds and to the use of such compounds in the treatment of diseases associated with a serotonin 5-HT 2 receptor.

Claims (15)

1. A pharmaceutical composition, comprising:

a polymer, and

a compound of Formula (III-d), or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof

wherein:

R 2 is hydrogen;

R 6 and R 7 are hydrogen; and

R 8 and R 9 are —CD 3 .

2. The pharmaceutical composition of claim 1 , wherein the compound is in the form of a pharmaceutically acceptable salt.

3. The pharmaceutical composition of claim 1 , wherein the polymer comprises a combination of (i) a water-insoluble neutrally charged non-ionic matrix, and (ii) a polymer carrying one or more negatively charged groups.

4. The pharmaceutical composition of claim 3 , wherein (i) the water-insoluble neutrally charged non-ionic matrix is a cellulose-based polymer.

5. The pharmaceutical composition of claim 3 , wherein (ii) the polymer carrying one or more negatively charged groups is an anionic gum.

6. The pharmaceutical composition of claim 5 , wherein the anionic gum is cellulose gum.

7. The pharmaceutical composition of claim 1 , wherein the polymer is a combination of (i) a water-insoluble cellulose-based polymer and (ii) cellulose gum.

8. The pharmaceutical composition of claim 1 , which is in a solid dosage form.
