Abstract

An image encoding/decoding method and apparatus for predicting a second color component block using a first color component block are provided. An image decoding method of the present invention comprises deriving a prediction parameter using the first color component block, and predicting the second color component block using the derived prediction parameter.

Claims (30)

1. An image decoding method comprising:

deriving an intra prediction mode of a current block;

deriving reference samples for an intra prediction on the current block; and

generating a predicted block by performing the intra prediction on the current block based on the intra prediction mode and the reference samples,

wherein in deriving the intra prediction mode of the current block, a chroma intra prediction mode of the current block which is a chroma block is derived,

wherein the chroma intra prediction mode of the current block is derived by using a luma intra prediction mode of a corresponding luma block corresponding to a predetermined position of the current block, and

wherein the predetermined position is equal to a center position of the current block.

2. The method of claim 1 , wherein,

the center position of the current block is determined based on a width of the current block or a height of the current block.

3. The method of claim 2 , wherein,

the center position of the current block is determined based on a value that is half the width of the current block, and a value that is half the height of the current block.

4. An image encoding method comprising:

deriving an intra prediction mode of a current block;

deriving reference samples for an intra prediction on the current block; and

generating a predicted block by performing the intra prediction on the current block based on the intra prediction mode and the reference samples,

wherein in deriving the intra prediction mode of the current block, a chroma intra prediction mode of the current block which is a chroma block is derived,

wherein the chroma intra prediction mode of the current block is derived by using a luma intra prediction mode of a corresponding luma block corresponding to a predetermined position of the current block, and

wherein the predetermined position is equal to a center position of the current block.

5. The method of claim 4 , wherein,

the center position of the current block is determined based on a width of the current block or a height of the current block.

6. The method of claim 5 , wherein,

the center position of the current block is determined based on a value that is half the width of the current block, and a value that is half the height of the current block.

7. A non-transitory computer-readable recording medium storing a bitstream which is decoded by an image decoding method,

wherein the image decoding method comprises,

deriving an intra prediction mode of a current block;

deriving reference samples for an intra prediction on the current block; and

generating a predicted block by performing the intra prediction on the current block based on the intra prediction mode and the reference samples,

wherein in deriving the intra prediction mode of the current block, a chroma intra prediction mode of the current block which is chroma block is derived,

wherein the chroma intra prediction mode of the current block is derived by using a luma intra prediction mode of a corresponding luma block corresponding to a predetermined position of the current block, and

wherein the predetermined position is equal to a center position of the current block.
