Azabenzimidazoles and their use as AMPA receptor modulators
Provided herein are compounds of Formula (I), and pharmaceutically acceptable salts, N-oxides, or solvates thereof, Also provided herein are pharmaceutical compositions comprising compounds of Formula (I) and methods of using compounds of Formula (I).
1. 2-(2-Fluoro-4-pyridyl)-3-(7-methyl-1H-indazol-5-yl)-5-(trifluoromethyl)imidazo[4,5-b]pyridine, or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt, N-oxide, or solvate thereof.
2. A pharmaceutical composition comprising the compound of claim 1 and a pharmaceutically acceptable vehicle.
3. 2-(2-[18F]fluoro-4-pyridyl)-3-(7-methyl-1H-indazol-5-yl)-5-(trifluoromethyl)imidazo[4,5-b]pyridine, or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt, N-oxide, or solvate thereof.
4. A pharmaceutical composition comprising the compound of claim 3 and a pharmaceutically acceptable vehicle.
